California Patio Covers
Our large patio measures 17'x38' (646 sq ft.). We have a lot of gatherings and were looking to build a beautiful, sturdy and high-end extension to our home that would accommodate large groups. Also, because our home is in a high-wind area of Rancho Cucamonga, we needed an experienced builder who is familiar with the correct building specs and who would meet them - not someone who would skimp. We wanted beauty and peace of mind but got MUCH MORE with California Patio Covers of Rancho Cucamonga. Our patio is absolutely stunning and we get a lot of compliments from guests. We now spend much more time outside which reduces wear and tear inside. I wish we had hired them 25 years ago at our other home. We have referred five family members and two friends to Mr. Massagli. I'm happy to say that all are very satisfied. Don't settle for less. Hire a pro! California Patio Covers is the way to go. Rick P.

Buffalo Wild Wings
I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings more than 20 times and the wings and kids meals are always great and served promptly. The service is average to above average, a little bit better than the average restaurant. The selection of sauces for your wings is tremendous and the beer selection is large as well. I would recommend the lunch specials which are good on the wallet and because you can order wings in bulk for dinner, the cost of dinner is much lower than most restaurants when taking out a family of 5.

909 Pub & Grill
Ate there 5/15/15 service was good but my hamburger tasted Terrible like it had several different meats in it not hamburger fillets, I wasn't the only one 3 other people felt same way. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease . Place clean and nice. Need work on food. My wine was flat and the piña colada tasted like awful , sent back. Had a bad experience with food. Gone down .

Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ
Awesome food, great service and a lot of fun. My brother and I love getting together here for special occasions. Sometimes the wait is long, but it's well worth it. Enjoy!

Tips & Advices
The main benefit of a patio cover is that it allows people (and pets) to be outdoors in a variety of different weather conditions. Patios provide cover from rain and direct sunshine. Certain types of patio cover also protect from cold and wind.
The build time for a patio cover varies according to the scope of the project, but experts always advise that getting permits from the city and approval from the homeowners association usually takes longer than the build itself. The time it takes for materials to be sourced and shipped can also affect the project duration. Weather can also cause unforeseen delays. The quickest length of time a covered patio might take to build once design and permits are handled is one to two  days, if professionals are doing it. The actual build process could take a few weeks with unforeseen delays, and if your builder is working on other projects at the same time.
A patio cover costs $600-800 for the simplest vinyl awnings, with an average cost of $,1400 for vinyl or simple lattice.  Wood patio covers cost more, and Alumawood, as the most durable yet attractive of coverings, is the most expensive--anywhere from $8,000-$15,000 including professional installation.
Adding an attached covered patio generally requires a building permit because you are modifying the roofline of your home. Detached patio covers do not always require a permit. Open patios (i.e. those with no cover) also do not always require a permit.
Attached patio covers are built onto the house and change the roofline of the house, whereas a detached patio cover is part of a freestanding structure. Some cities have requirements on the minimum distance a detached covered patio needs to be from the main house.
