The Law Office of Beverly W. Quinn
BEVERLY QUINN is an EXCELLENT, TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RESPONSIVE ATTORNEY who is well respected by the law community and provides tailored legal services to her clients. I was going through a very painful divorce when I reached out to BEVERLY QUINN. I interviewed several attorneys and am so thankful that I decided to hire Beverly Quinn. I have two precious daughters and therefore needed to find an attorney who would fight for what is best for the children and also fight for what I deserved after being in a very long term marriage.Beverly was wonderful in dealing with my roller coaster of emotions as the divorce was very difficult for me. She explained the process in great detail and aided in helping me to focus on the children and not my pain through the ordeal. I simply do not know what I would have done without her during the most difficult time of my life.Beverly gave me an estimate in the beginning, worked with me on my payments and explained EACH AND EVERY ADDITIONAL charge as we navigated through the court system. BEVERLY QUINN could not control the changes I decided to make to the case, the extra paperwork that needed to be filed or additional court appearances that came up due to the OTHER PARTIES decisions or unexpected discovery documents. She not only did her very best to keep my fees down, she at times lowered her hourly when unexpected items came across her desk. HER FEES ARE REASONABLE AND FAIR. She explained to me in detail each document received from opposing counsel, what it meant and gave options on how we could proceed. I RESPECT the fact that she did not take all of the decision making out of my hands yet GUIDED me through the very complex court system and divorce process. I was not only happy with the outcome of my case, but can rest my head on my pillow at night knowing that I did right by my children and BEVERLY QUINN helped me to go through a horrific divorce experience while maintaining my grace, dignity and reputation.BEVERLY QUINN IS AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY….. After my divorce, I recommended a very close friend to her and my dear friend, as well, went on to recommend her to others. I think those of us who have had a great experience forget to write these reviews because we end up so happy or at peace. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was appalled and upset. It was obvious to me in several of the reviews that complete information was not given to BEVERLY QUINN and thus additional fees were implemented when items she was completely unaware of came up in court. BE HONEST WITH YOUR ATTORNEY….. it is the ONLY way she can represent you completely and evaluate your costs.BEVERLY QUINN – THANK YOU! Thank you for all you did for me and for my family. I recovered from this tragedy in my life and am very happy. Thank you for guiding me through the most difficult time in my life. Your support and representation made ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

In 2012 my ex filed restraining orders and for divorce. Her attorney called me and told me I had court in the morning. The next morning I didn't even get to see the judge and was ordered to move out my house by 5:00pm and couldn't contact or see my boys. My Uncle used Cornell for his divorce and recommended me to his office. I was scheduled for an appointment the same day and met with both attorneys Cornell and Brian. They met with me for over an hour and explaind what had happened and how we could move forward. At the next hearing the restraining orders were dismissed and I was sent to mediation to talk about custody and visitation. At the next hearing Themediator recommended that I have supervised visits and take parenting classes. I was honestly disappointed with the results but over the next year we went to court 7 seven times and at every hearing i got more time with my boys. I eventually was awarded custody every Monday to Wednesday morning and every other weekend. We finally had trial in January to resolve the divorce and I was able to keep my retirement and terminate spousal support. During the entire case the staff was amazing. Alexes was the paralegal assigned to me and she was great she answered all my questions and walked me thru the whole process. Very satisfied

Inland Empire Law Group
I am writing this review to thank Dave Ricks and his employees for their help in my facial injury case, and hope my review will help you guys in your decision in finding help with your case(s)! They are very professional, ethical, polite and friendly. The law firm always kept me posted with my case, always returned my calls and always emailed me back. I went into the law firm not expecting anything to getting a great settlement (way better than what I expected), got all my medical bills paid for, looking handsome again, and some extra money for my pocket. So I couldn't ask for more. I am glad I went with Inland Empire Law Group to help me with my personal injury and getting me back living a normal life. Hope my review was of any help and thank you again Attorney Dave! P.S. A special thanks to Judy for always answering my concerns.

The Law Office of Beverly W. Quinn
I was very very happy with the job Mrs. Quinn did for me. I was really scared to go to court against my ex-husband. He bragged about how tough his attorney was and bullied me into thinking that he was going to get everything including my children. Even with Mrs. Quinn telling me the things he was asking for were unreasonable and ridiculous I was still worried until we got to court and she made his attorney stammer and look like a fool. I didn’t think that I could get what we were asking for but I did. Even though I am sharing custody with the beast I get to stay in my home with my children and he does have to pay me support. Best of all, I liked walking past my ex next to Mrs. Quinn when it was all over, his look was priceless.

Atlantis Law
I'm so glad I found Attorney Andy to help my family create a trust. My parents have been thinking about doing this for a long time, but didn't know where to start. I did the research for them and told them about Atlantis Law. From the consultation with Attorney Andy, he put us all at ease and explained the entire process to my family. Once we turned in the paperwork, he was able to turn it around very quickly and gave us a draft to review within a week! We went back and forth several times to make changes and he always took the time to answer our questions. We signed all of the documents about two weeks from when we first met and now our family has peace of mind that we have all of the legal documents we need.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, My name is Liz G. I did not write this negative response and I feel that this was done in a malicious way towards Richard. He is an exceptional attorney that cares about every client and always performs his job to the highest of standards. He is Honest, Trustworthy and informs you of your options and possible outcomes whether good or bad. I would highly Recommend Richard to my family and friends in the future and have recommended him too many people so far. I feel that this was posted under my name to slander not only Richard, but myself in the process. Richard is an Excellent attorney and this defamation of character should be removed from this review Immediately.

Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher, LLP
I wanted to give an update on my case. Mr. Hatcher represented me again yesterday in court for my divorce case regarding child support. AGAIN, he was able to clearly convey to the Judge our case and we were awarded everything we asked for! We have one more court date next month and I'm extremely confident we will prevail. I have also worked with Brian Miles for a few of my court dates and I have found him to be extremely professional and as aggressive in court as Mr. Hatcher. I can honestly 100% recommend this firm to anyone looking for honest, aggressive attorneys to represent them in a family case!

Attorney Andy Nguyen was really great in helping me through a difficult situation when I was involved in a car accident. I'm a young driver and have never been in an accident before. He took the time to explain to me how the process worked and helped me find a doctor and walked me through each step of the way. I highly recommend Attorney Andy if you've been in a car accident and want an attorney that will spend the time to make you feel comfortable about the process and provide great service.

The Law Office of Beverly W. Quinn
Ms. Quinn is and did a very good job for. She fought hard and negotiated to get me what was deserved. She is tought in court and very very nice in the office. Her staff as well is very nice and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. Ms. Quinn and staff were quick to respond to any all paperwork the other side tried to pull. If your looking to get a divorce or any other matter similar, then this is the way to go so you can move on with your life.
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
