White Dahlia
Let's start by saying I have been to spas around this globe so when I say this place is fantastic it's truly fantastic. Sure it may not have some of the fabulous features that Europe ,Egypt or even Miami offers but this is Raleigh baby! Why is it great? Because the staff is nice ,knowledgeable and clean. The same staff has been there for years and I always see many people who have been members there for year...hello! That screams awesome sauce to me. I can't wait to try the new esthetician Heather and some other massage folks...you really can't go wrong with any of them. I have a membership and I like to share the love with them all:) yes...I said it " awesome sauce!"

White Dahlia
I have never had an experience at any other spa like I do every time I walk in to White Dahlia. The front desk staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have a relaxing experience. They even know me by name. I have been going to Brian for almost a year now. He has really helped relieve back pain that I have endured for many years prior to my treatments. Also, there new esthetician, Heather is fantastic. She is carring and patient. She explains what she is using on my skin and how it will benefit me. There membership program makes White Dahlia the best place in the Triangle for great results at an affordable price.

Select Physical Therapy - Raleigh
I spent 2 months visiting Select PT, i cant say i enjoyed it, i was in sever pain, but i enjoyed interacting with the fine members of staff including Dr Michelle, admin staff Elezabeth , and for first 2 weeks Kyle, would say friendly , courteous professional , and can pin point exactly what is wrong with patient's body. and find exact treatment needed. , i would also recommend them, though i can not compare them to others ( i have never been inside Pt clinic before and pray would not need it again,

Massage Envy - Creedmoor & Strickland
I am always very pleased with my massages at this location. If you need someone to work out the knots, make sure to book with either Melanie or Charlotte! They are the bomb and you will feel much better afterwards. Always very professional and both dedicated to fixing your problems before you leave.

massage by NNEKA
I had a wonderful experience. Nneeka was kind and considerate. I had areas that needed added attention. Those areas received the right amount of pressure. A lot of the message therapist that work in chiropractic offices have rooms that are smaller than spas in this area. I do recommend Nneeka.

LaVida Massage
The front desk was very welcoming and the environment was clean and relaxing. The therapist listened to my concerns and addressed them during the session. I would definitely recommend LaVida to my friends.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
