Murray's New & Used Tire
Their motto says “Happy tell others...Unhappy tell us”. Well I told the manger & owner but didnt even an apology. I’m so livid my chest is tight & I’m holding back tears trying to not to lose my Sh*t in this place. Came to 4 get tires last Sat at 10am. Watched people come and go. Nobody checked on me til 11:45. I’m the only person left in the lobby & Gary came & asked what I was getting done. I said 4 tires & I’ve been here since 10:01am. He went 2 check. He said there was a problem with the first tires. Said lunch was on him for my wait & gave me $20. 4 days later the low tire light is on. Looked at the front tire and it was almost balled & going flat. Should’ve checked b4 I left but I trusted that if I waited 2 HOURS they would at least have the decency to give me some good tires. Called & spoke to Brandon who was very rude. He told me if I put air in it the light would go off. Why would a “good” tire need air after 4 days? I asked when the owner would be in & he said tomorrow. I said ok I’ll just call back & proceeded to ask what time but Brandon hung up on me. I hate spending my hard earned money for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went back that Sat & spoke to Gary. I told him about Brandon but apparently that’s his son or family member because he wasn’t apologetic as he looked at me asking what I wanted him to do. I told him I wanted good tires. He said well they’re good bcuz they passed inspection. I said if it’s going flat then it’s not a good tire. His reply “well it’s a used tire & a common size so”. I said I would rather be told you didn’t have any good tires than to have bad unsafe tires put on my daughters car! They had holes! Why are u going back & 4th with a customer trying to justify me waiting 2 hours for bad tires? Wish I could get my money back for all 4 and go somewhere else & buy new tires. Instead I’m wasting gas & my day here AGAIN. Paying kids tuition this semester & thought I could save a lil $. Not worth it! Go buy new tires somewhere reputable!

I took a van and an old pickup in on 5-2-17 for front end alignments. I've never been more pleased from start to finish with the friendlyness, competance, and fair pricing I encountered. Tom and Duke did my alignments. I trust them 100% and left there happy. I have been in the auto service business in the past and working on my own cars all my life - so believe me, you'll love these guys. Mike Cooke

Pricing is deceptive, but at least the service was bad. The lady at the counter was nice, but it turned out that my online appointment didn't help when it came to paperwork or getting the work (rear brake pads) completed in a timely manner. It waited for 3 hrs. for a relatively simple repair job to be completed. The online special quoted $119 after a $40 mail in rebate. I knew that taxes would be added, but nowhere was the approx. $20 "Shop Fee" mentioned until the final bill. The $40 rebate turned out to a gift card, but the online brake special ad didn't make that fine point. I ended up paying over $200. To me that smacks of trickery if not false advertising.

My truck has (1) cup holder, he got out of the truck with (4) fu*king drinks!!! Then the Tech decided to eat his lunch before bringing in my paperwork!! What the FU*K!!! I don't know how there are good reviews on this page as my experience was obviously terrible!!!

RimTyme
Long story short, obviously I purchased rims. When I came back a week later to make a payment, I asked if they could check my tire pressure because my tire light was on. The associate there informed me that they do not take your tire pressure sensors from your old tires unless you pay $200. When I purchased the rims, I was given a few documents to read, sign and initial. One of the documents contained info about sensors but I did not read that portion because I was advised by the same associate that info did not apply to me and not to "worry about it". I should have been notified of this upfront not after I agreed to the contract and definitely not after the associate crossed out that particular section and advised that it doesn't apply to me. Bad business and bad customer service. The situation was not handled appropriately. The entire staff laughed and blew off the situation. As long as they get you money they don't care about the quality of customer service.

I purchase some rims and tires from th and the rims wasn't all that but the problem with these people it's one guy and al he does is sit at phone and call people about payments and some people aren't able to be there or make it on that day he sends out a threat to put authorities on you and will not work with you on situation so if have problems with your wheels or anything they will not work with you and I had to come here three times before they even got me se rims for my vehicle so if they say they are here and have them they don't so to me the service sucks spend your money somewhere else
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
