If I could rate the teachers separately from the front office personnel I would rate the teachers FIVE STARS! The teachers are phenomenal! Beware...if your child has a bad day (hour), a tantrum, an adjustment period, or any other typical or perceived as atypical toddler behavior that does not meet the expectations or skill set of the front office personnel then you will be asked to pick your child up as the only behavioral management tool is REDIRECTION; as told to me, "they are not equipped to handle children like this as a smaller school setting would be better. They don't want other children to see this behavior and visiting parents may think they are abusing children" (factor in these variables: 1 1/2 weeks of attendance, adjustment to a new school and new people, three-year toddler behavior, a flagrant comment that insinuates your child would be better served somewhere else after ONLY 2 out of 9 days of attendance of having a tantrum, not 9 out 9 days BUT 2 out 9 days, and whatever other factor that would entail beginning a new child care center (also, if visiting parents cannot distinguish between child abuse and behavior management then there is a whole other issue)). Hopefully, you work a job that allows you to leave to pick your child up in the event, which is likely, that your "problem" child cannot be "controlled." Now...if you are able to leave your job and go to the school and personally REDIRECT your child, with success, as your child is now CALM and QUIET...you will STILL have to take your child home regardless of the tuition you paid for trained professionals to care for your child. If you are okay with being made to feel like you are a bad parent, with a bad child, who is a terror, exhibits atypical toddler behavior (or at least according to the front office personnel's standards as "EVERY" child in that school is an angel and does not have a bad day) then this is the place for you.
