Universal Family Medicine at Six Forks
I absolutely love the staff. My mother is a patient their and she just loves the girls at her doctors office. They treat my mother just like she was one of their own grandmothers, they are always asking how she is doing when I call the office for my mother.Getting in for a appt is pretty easy unless they have a provider out. Every time i call the office for a medication refill it only takes them 24 hours to get a response or the pharmacy has contacted me stating my prescription is ready before they have a chance to let me know its ready. I recommend this office and the providers here for family care.

Universal Family Medicine at Six Forks
I have been going to this office for several years, and though I really love the doctors I have seen, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment sooner than 2 weeks out. Normally I don't mind, but after discovering some serious health issues, I'd rather not need to wait 2 weeks for more answers (or to wait to be prescribed an antibiotic for an infection). Also, as a dental student I constantly have to update my health records, and have had to go back to the office repeatedly to have them fix their errors in documentation. I live 20 minutes away, so this has cost me quite a bit in gas money. And with limited time between classes, this is extremely frustrating. Not to mention they ran out of Hep B vaccines and wouldn't be able to get my second dose for 2 months. The doctors are wonderful, but the office needs to work on their professionalism and preparedness.

Eagle Psr
They're taking advantage of individuals w/ mental health. Staff takes money from clients. Staff write fake notes on the progress of the individuals attending the program. They do not take clients on the proper outings. On several occasions staff would just disappear leaving un-experience staff alone on the floor w/ the clients. If you have a child or live with an adult that needs assistance, do not put them in this program.

Brier Creek Integrated Pain & Spine
This was a very bad experience! My current pain issues and my medical history which includes motorcycle accidents and an active life style was basically dismissed. My pain is acute at times at a high level and also can be at a lower level on certain days but is evident on a daily basis at some level. The doctor denied my prescription of low level hydrocodone that I had been prescribed by my former primary care physician and this doctor I saw at this clinic suggested I not have such a healthy active life style. I feel it was negligence and misdiagnosis by a doctor that has no clue and is total dismissive to the pain I reported to him.

Capital Urgent Care
This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. The entire staff was nasty and rude, from the nurses to the office staff and even the manager; I will never go here again. I was treated horribly and was nothing but cordial and compliant in all ways. I am actually angry I didn't say anything while I was there. I told my primary doctor's office about this and they actually took them off their list of referrals. Please save yourself the disappointment and poor experience. I wouldn't have even given them one star. Not to mention, the rooms and floors are not clean. No medical facility should look like this place did.

Dr. Octavian Mircea Belcea, MD
Not impressed and very disappointed! I've been going there for many years and now he is looking to "purge" any of his patients that will not pay his country club aka concierge membership, in addition to the other fees! It's beneficial to him, not you! He is also getting paid by your insurance company as well, which is just another way to get around the contractual agreed amount that he is contracted for with each insurance company! I hate that over the past several years I referred people to him, because they probably hate me now, I would!

The Raleigh Clinic for Men
Terrible terrible place. I can't believe they are open for business. Cost is outrageous and they dont accept insurance, shocker. To anyone with this problem, go to your doctor, not this scam artist. Matt the "CEO" is nothing more then a terrible car sells men. Not worth the time or money

A Personal Choice
I never thought that getting a Vasectomy would be so much fun! I know it sounds crazy, but after watching all 9 of DR. Monteith's instructional videos I felt more knowledgeable about Vasectomies than most of the population. The whole experience, from the website, to the apportionment, to meeting the staff, to the immaculate facility, to how modern everything was, to how amicable the Dr. was; EVERYTHING was incredible! But here's why you are reading this review; NO, there was NO PAIN!! Biting my tongue is 100 times worse than what I experienced during and after my Vasectomy. In fact, the most "uncomfortable" part was when the Dr. had to "feel" me to find where to apply the anesthetic spray. I followed all instructions and had no sexual activity for 2 days. on the 3rd day I was completely back to normal (yes, it felt great!) By day 10 I couldn't even find the small incision!! I totally recommend this practice!!

I should have ran from day one. The staff didnt say come 15 minutes earlier. Set in lobby from 9 to 4. Legs, knee, ankle swollen until the could have popped. It gets worse. Then i was self pay. I had to pay 3000. They would not let me be seen. Worse i got Medicare doing the visit. The bookkeeper made me still be self pay. Angie i think her name in Fayetteville. Will check her name. Tben i as to be reimbursed for me now having medicare she keep all my money and now im thinking. Im call medicare and see if these same charges been made. I have never meet dr wadley. My records states i spent 20 minutes. I failed two test i own it. Ms Jackson stated i failed a 3 one. My records for the know two states had Norco. Which im allergic to. So my ex switch . The third test documents state nothing about failed test. It states tap of then stop. Why stop a person with bi lateral knee replacement and plantra faciitist? To cold turkey. I will tell you. Some that doesnt care. Sent me to a place that monotor you medication. No they do care. Just send her out the door cold trukey. Lay in bed until 2 clean uds. I would never recommend this to nobody

The Raleigh Clinic for Men
My experience with Raleigh clinic for men was very disappointing to say the least they told me what i had and could be straighten out but after 6months of shots and still to today i still have the same problem and gave up going yea they have something to make you hard if you want to shoot yourself every time you want have sex but the cost alone was unreal the doctor is only there to give shots and tell the staff what to do the staff only want to sell you the shots and get as much money they can out of you people please be careful with this place you can go through 3000 dollars with all this the other problem i had with this place was when i had told them that i wanted to not order the shots the whole ideal of helping me and my problem went to hell and after much argument i finally got my money for the shots back, when asked how else i could solve this problem that i had all they could say was to take more shots that weren't working to being with good luck if you do try this place but for me and anybody that i talk to i wouldn't be with them go to a real doctor u will be cheaper and less stress on your wallet i am 1300 dollars down for nothing but to get poked with a needle of my own blood to still have the same problem to this day 1/8/2017
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
