Do not patronage this business! this guy "TJ" is apparently from nigeria, very vulgar, and violent. He stated that he replaced the parts, but my fender fell off after paying. I took my car to the dealership and thy documented that all parts were original factory parts. I then called my lawyer! He is a crook!

This is Jimmy writing in reference to the below review.... I am 100% sure this was not written by one of my customers ...charging for work that hasn't been done won't happen because I show people what they need to do and then save the old parts to show them when they pick up their vehicle!!!....I feared something like this would happen by one of the pushy sales people that get arrogant when they waste my time trying to sell me something after I tell them I'm not interested..I have gotten a bit ugly with them when they won't take me off of their "call list' !!....If this were truely a customer I would go out of my way to make the situation right...That's the way I"ve done things for 20+ years...Who ever you are call me if this is a real situation I'll always do the right thing by my customers...if not ...Take me off your call list !!!

This business is amazing!! Thought something was really wrong with my transmission so I brought it in. The mechanic was very detailed and honest with me and told me it was not my transmission. Although it was time for my 100,000 mile maintenance, staff was so pleasent and so good to me and my daughter. They let us use the company vehicle knowing we would be without our car for the day and worked non stop on our car to have it back to us by that afternoon! Thank you all so much!!

maybe my experience was a one off... but I am extremely unhappy with jimmy and engine experts. I had brought my truck in, had thousands of dollars of work done to include the installation of a remanufactured engine. Not only have I had nothing but problems with the truck I have since found out that I was charged and paid for work that was never done!! My efforts in trying to get this resolved have been futile. Do your homework, have an independent shop check the work.. I feel they cannot be trusted

Watch out for the $100+ diagnostic fees, otherwise it's ok. Have had many good experiences there but the last one not so much.

I just had my bumper repaired on my 2011 Nissan Rogue a couple months ago at this location. The whole bumper was smashed in & I thought I was going to have to replace it. The manager said he thought they could get it looking like new, without having to purchase any parts. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Several of my co-workers have complimented on the fact that the work done was better than factory work that they have had done at the dealership. The cost I paid for this work was UNBEATABLE & a huge factor for me. The customer service I received from the management team (Steve & Chris) was above & beyond. I got my car back the very next day! Econo exceeded my expectations & will be getting ALL of my future work!

Engine Experts
Best experience ever, I will never go elsewhere, I am a customer for life! My whole experience was 100% positive, they gave me a tour, introduced me to the mechanics, and made the whole process painless and personable, I left there with a solid feeling of trust.

Engine Experts
Jimmy and his crew are true experts who treat people fairly. They replaced the engine in my 2007 GMC Yukon and it runs just like new. Jimmy explained the entire process and updated me while the vehicle was being repaired. I would recommend Engine Experts to anyone and continue to visit them for regular repairs and maintenance on my vehicles.

Please do not go to this location please. THEY charged extra for work they didn't do..I haf to return to this location 8 times to get issues fixed. Thaf they caused. They scratched up my headlights and taillights. Had paint on them. They half painted my car. . after two times of having to do the paint job. Very very terrible customer service. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
