I Love Kickboxing
I’ve been a member at “I Love Kickboxing Quincy” for just over a year now. For years, I have been working out and leading an active and healthy lifestyle. However, I was becoming bored with my regular workout routine. That’s when I found out about ILKB Quincy. I took my first class last July, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The workouts are amazing and they truly are structured for all walks of life. The members are both male and female and come in all shapes, sizes and ages. It is really for everyone. The staff at ILKB in Quincy is amazing. They greet you with a smile when you walk through the door and they motivate you through the entire workout to give your best. There are multiple classes throughout the day, so it’s pretty easy to fit a class into any schedule. The classes are one hour in length, but they truly fly by! For that reason, you’ll often see members take back to back classes. If you haven’t checked out ILKB Quincy, you must. You won’t regret it!

Overall, iLoveKickboxing, Quincy is amazing! Every workout is a challenge, but you come out feeling stronger and better than before. They welcome all levels and their goal is to help people get fit, healthy, and happy. Each class varies with size, but always packed with high and motivating energy from both staff and members. There is plenty of space and enough bags for everyone. All classes are intense and different, so you will not get the same routine/workout. The format is the same with a warm-up, stretch, rounds of kickboxing, etc. The music during workouts are also upbeat and help you rock out during classes. They want you to have fun with it while getting you to meet your goals. I would recommend giving ILKB a try. I remember not going to classes for months, but like I said they are always welcoming me with a friendly smile. As long as you put in effort and commitment, you'll see results and be stronger. Great classes and even greater members! =)

I Love Kickboxing
ILoveKickboxing is the best! The workouts are consistently challenging while still being really fun. Instead of just punching and kicking a bag for a full hour, ILoveKickboxing breaks the class down into a 15 minute “warm up” which is high intensity, a stretch, 6 rounds on the bag, and a quick pair up with a partner to burn those last few calories. The segments make the class go by really fast and keep it interesting and fun! I started several months ago in April 2016 and go about 4-5 days a week. Even if I don’t feel like exercising some days, I still make myself go to class and am so relieved I did within the first 5 minutes of class starting. They play loud, high energy music that really revs you up and gets you ready for a sweat inducing class. The instructors are fantastic! They motivate you and support you all along the way. I’ve already lost 10+ pounds and am ready for more. Highly recommend!

I Love Kickboxing
I joined I love kickboxing in Quincy through a Groupon this Summer along with a friend and neighbor. I had gained a lot of weight after a hysterectomy and wanted to feel better, live better. I have lost 26 pounds to date, a huge difference. I had joined other gyms, but I needed the combination that their workout offers in order to lose the weight. They have early and late classes, but the 5:45 AM fits my schedule best. The best part is the motivation, both from the instructors and the other members. We do fist bumps with our boxing gloves in between workout sessions and they are very encouraging, on the way in the door, during the workout and on the way out the door. There was a friendly onboarding process where someone works with you to show you how to do things for your first session and checks in on you on subsequent sessions. I highly recommend. Check it out.

Ilkb is the best overall workout around with the most amazing staff and members. The owner Alti leads by example and is quite knowledgable in martial arts as well as nutrition. He is always available and you can reach out to him via Facebook if he is not physically present. All of the instructors are friendly, energetic and conduct awesome classes. Ilkb has the best members. Everyone makes you feel welcome and the staff as well as members encourage and support one another. Ilkb is truly a family and tight knit community. Besides the positive energy and environment the workout itself is killer. I typically average 900-1100 calories per hour workout. It is such a great stress relief as well. Buy a trial or groupon I guarantee you'll love it and it will be the best decision you make!!! See you on the mat!!!

I've never tried kickboxing before joining ILKB Quincy but I'm so happy I decided to give this place a try! The instructors make it their business to help you not only perfect your kickboxing techniques but also achieve your overall fitness goals! I can't say enough great things about the staff - they are energetic, welcoming, super friendly, and very motivating! The studio itself is very fun and big with plenty of bags (the kind that don't swing around either which I personally love). If you're hesitant about trying kickboxing, then giving ILKB Quincy is the answer! The instructors will ease you into the classes and modify things if you have any injuries, and the members will cheer you on!! Such a great environment and you'll always leave SWEATING.

I Love Kickboxing
I joined Ilovekickboxing in Quincy after buying a groupon. I was looking for something new and unique for exercising. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that this was my new home. The first thing that caught my eye was how motivating and informative the instructors are. They are so excited to help anyone willing to make a lifestyle change. The gym itself is spotless and huge. I love walking through the door and feeling the good vibes from not only the instructors but the other team mates. I highly recommend ILoveKickboxing in Quincy to anyone looking for results and a positive environment.

I Love Kickboxing
I signed up for ILKB a few months ago and I wish I had found this place sooner!! I have struggled to stay consistent with my workouts, would easily lose motivation and get bored when just going to the gym. ILKB has completely transformed my attitude and enthusiasm about getting my workout on. I love the mix of HIIT at the beginning of class, the bag rounds and the partner rounds at the end. The instructors at the Quincy location are incredibly friendly and super supportive. I felt at home and comfortable from my first day and each class I feel like I am working out with my closest friends!

Joining iLoveKickboxing Quincy is one of the best fitness decisions I have made! I absolutely love this place! If you are new to kickboxing, have no worries! You work one-on-one with a trainer during your first class. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Each time I go, I am challenged, and I have definitely seen improvement in my cardio and upper body strength. Not to mention, they have great taste in music, which makes everything 10x better! Interested in meal plans and fitness tips? They give suggestions during class and email them to you! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I Love Kickboxing
I've been going for a little over a week now and I can honestly say it's the highlight of my day. I always look forward to working out and I never thought I'd say that. I always wanted a fitness routine that would motivate me and get me off my couch. I found it with iLoveKickboxing! The classes and workouts are intense but worth every minute. The hour flies by and by the end of it, I leave feeling stronger, happier and more confident. I definitely recommend iLoveKickboxing if you're looking for something less mundane and fun! The instructors are encouraging and motivating.
