****BUYER BEWARE****Puyallup Auto Source 2 / Salesman Sean GoodrichAKA / Auto Source LiPurchase Price and Registration feeWe bought a used car, we made a offer with tax and Licensing the dealer took the offer we paid cash for the car and all papers were signed with the dealer, After the plates came the dealer said we need to pay more for the registration fee with was $33.00 more than the offer price. The dealer said price for the registration was an estimate. I told the dealer that I should not have to pay the fee because they took my offer with tax and licensing for the car. The dealer said that they would send the plates back to DMC and I will still have to pay the $33.00 it is more important to help the customer in the purchase because the dealer makes more money in the long run from the customer. Don't purchase from this dealer because it about how much they can get from you.Always remember the customer comes first.

WORST costumer service I've ever experienced! I was very interested in buying an RV from these guys. I called them up and confirmed that it was available for purchase and that I could come see it that day. I confirmed that I was the first viewing of the day because I was going to drive an hour to get there and look at it. If all went well I had cash to buy it on the spot. I get there and these two shady guys say that they sold it 5mins before I got there. No apology no nothing. I have a feeling that they sold it the day before and just wanted to get me there to buy something else. SO RUDE! Wasted my time and I'm sure they will waste yours as well. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE A$$H013$!

I can't honestly say I go into used car dealerships with expectations too high. But in this case, at every turn I was impressed. Patrick that helped me was so patient, and no matter how many times I changed my mind or hemmed and hawed he just kept answering me, and helping me. Never for one second did I feel like the pain I was being. Then, when it came time for financing I was afraid I would either be told no, or be told my interest rate and down payment would be too high. Well, I was wrong again. Zero down and less than half the interest rate the dealer right next door said I would have to pay. Now it has been 3 weeks and my car is perfect, my deal was great and these people know their stuff. Do your self a favor. Let these guys make your experience painless.

In the unpredictable world of buying and selling used cars, anything can happen. You go and test drive multiple vehicles, and try to make a decision based on a range of factors whether it be preference, comfort, price, brand reliability etc. Once you make the choice to purchase, you own it. There's no going back. This was the case for my wife and I. We had driven and looked at multiple cars at multiple dealerships. We made the decision to purchase from Rods, a vehicle that was to our liking. They had a courteous, no pressure sales environment that was extremely patient and professional with the sales process. After less than 24 hrs of driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on as well as two other lights. This disabled the AWD and the cruise control. You can imagine the the knot this put in our stomachs when we realized it probably wasn't a simple fix. Long story short, they fixed it at no cost.

They sold me a car that I didn't realise had a vast amount of cat hair in the carpet and underneath the carpet. (I inspected the car up close and personal, but never to the point where I'd be able to notice the hairs) After speaking with Rod, I understood that He knew when I confronted him about it and threatened to sue him. Afterward, was even bragging about His nice house and dog and that He wouldn't lose a moment of sleep. On top of that, the financiers they used took advantage of my inexperience when it comes to financing and ended up paying 27% interest. (Reliable Credit)F*#k Rod, His car lot full of lemons, His house, His dog and Reliable Credit. ( with no Vaseline )

Absolutely Disrespectful and Rude!. Sell people cars under warranty and then refuse to work on them!. Do not make the mistake of going and getting stuck with out of pocket repair costs. Definitely will steer everyone I know away from here.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!This dealership sold my friend a car with a bad transmission that went out hours after she bought it. They are extremely rude and disrespectful, not only to the owner of the broken car, but to me, and other friends who have gone there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They are unethical and have horrible costumer service. VERY disappointing. I will NEVER go here and I will tell all my friends to stay away!
