Watch out in the parking lot. Carl will hit your parked car and say it is your fault. He is rude and belligerent. This is the last place I would recommend to buy or have a camper service.

Typical salesman, telling you what you want to hear to make the sale and not following through. During the walk through, we were told things we had issues with would be fixed no problem, just needed to order parts so it was brought in for some warranty work at a later date and those things were also to be fixed. Never received a call to say trailer was ready, we had to call and check ourselves (twice), then find out when we get there to check it out, that only half the work was done and our trailer was left unlocked on their storage lot for an extended period of time for whoever to stroll through with our contents still inside. When we inquired about work that wasn't done, we were told that there isn't anything to fix the issue even though we were told different at sale. He was extremely rude, quoting "he didn't care" that we had an issue and offered to put a piece in just to make us happy but it wouldn't fix the problem. All around, just a bad experience. We never received our paperwork from when we purchased trailer that was supposedly going to be mailed to us. They also installed the trailer brake controller which was wired wrong. Problem after problem--I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Poor customer service given by owners. We do our best to support local businesses when we can, but with this place, I can say we will not have an issue taking our business north from now on. Very disappointed.

The Go-To RV businesses. I believe DKRV and JDL Trailer Sales in Pueblo, CO. are the “go-to” recreational vehicle service and sales businesses in Southern Colorado because of the “miracle” they performed on my camper. Duncan Pelham of DKRV recreational vehicle service and the professionals at JDL Trailer discovered and fixed a furnace ignition problem on Oct. 19, 2016 that had haunted me for almost two years after the purchase of my 2006 Fleetwood Americana Santa Fe pop-up camper from Dee’s Trailer (now Trailer Source in Colorado Springs) in December of 2014. The people at Trailer Source switched out the camper’s Group 27 battery for a less expensive (but new) Group 24 battery when I took possession of the camper. They did not inform me of the switch and that led to a frustrating search for the cause of the furnace ignition failure. In addition, the inline fuse of the tow vehicle charge-back system was failing because the battery would not accept the charge and then the furnace would not ignite for lack of adequate electrical power. After numerous failed attempts to ignite the furnace and locate the problem, an internet search and an acquaintance led me to JDL. I was told that the people at JDL are knowledgeable, fair, honest, and dedicated to good customer service. They live up to their reputation. Mr. Pelham of DKRV, which is located at, and affiliated with JDL Trailer Sales, discovered the cause of the furnace ignition problem. He located and eliminated an electrical short in the power line to the furnace and he replaced the under-powered Group 24 battery with a new Interstate Group 27 battery. The furnace problem is fixed. It ignites and every electrical powered item in the camper now works properly. Now, I am an exuberant fan of the pros at DKRV and JDL Trailer Sales and will turn to them for my future RV service and parts needs. And, some day, I may even be the proud owner of a new RV purchased from the fine people at JDL Trailer Sales, 2734 Lake Ave., Pueblo, CO. Trust them, they are the people you want working on your RV.

If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay in the Pueblo area this is the BEST place to stay. The people are VERY nice and make you feel like home. Their RV parking is very spacious with lots of room for your cars, trucks and trailers. If you love animals (horses, ect.) then you will love being here. For family's with little ones there are playgrounds and alot of other things to do.We will always stay here when we are in the area. Thanks for the stay.
