The people fitting the wheelchair seemed to be unaware of the health issues that my mother (the user of the wheelchair) had. They told her to get in she just had to make "a little hop" which was not possible for her. She is stuck with an expensive wheelchair that is uncomfortable for her to use to the point she does not want to leave the house unless she absolutely has to. The wheelchair leans her forward so she has to strain to hold herself in the chair. My dad ordered a couple of expensive modification kits for the chair from the company, but they did not help.

They did not respond to weeks of calls when their equipment was faulty until it was a medical emergency and elderly relative almost had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance for low oxygen level.They are very eager to get their equipment and supplies billed to medicare and into your home but after that forget it.Equipment delivered was old, beat up and worn out. The constant flow regulator oxygen flow rate set knob falling off all the time and tightening screw stripped out.mechanically. The Pulse flow regulator often did not work at all unless set to constant flow.
