To begin the 2013 Toyota Camry that Abra was contracted to repair was a company vehicle that I share with other co-workers. The vehicle was damaged when a deer was struck on January 14, 2014; the damage was extensive. Abra was the second shop the vehicle was taken to be repaired due to contract standards set by the company (Abra was more expensive than the accepted bid). I can honestly say you get what you pay for, the vehicle sat at the first "business" from February 5 until March 11 without being touched. Several calls were placed to the "business" without return calls or status updates eventually the vehicle was removed and taken to Abra. Beginning on March 12 my co-worker and I began receiving updates regarding the status of the vehicle and continued to receive updates every other day until the vehicle was returned to us on Tuesday, March 25. I will say that I am very impressed with the quality of the work that was completed on the vehicle and the professionalism of all of the staff members I came in contact with at Abra during this experience. Diane, specifically, was the representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the process. Abra under promised and over delivered, the vehicle wasn't expected back until March 28. They went above and beyond after repair to make sure the vehicle was safe for me and my co-workers before returning it, they even went the extra mile by bringing the vehicle to my office when my co-worker was traveling with our loaner vehicle. When the vehicle was delivered they gave me the opportunity to look over it and I was amazed with the how it looked like the accident never happened. I've had the opportunity to drive a long distance in the vehicle and at higher rates of speed and I had no issues. A big thank you to Abra from me and my co-workers! I would not hesitate to recommend Abra to anyone in Pueblo or the surrounding area. I live in Colorado Springs and work in Pueblo and in the event I ever need a body shop for my personal vehicles my first choice will be Abra in Pueblo West.

i was wondering if i should go with a well known high dollar repair shop or try out a mobile service.well obviously i tried the mobile service and im gald i did.the guy that showed up was a polite,knowledgeable guy.he had the problem figured out pretty fast and started work right away.i don't remember his name but he was really good looking too.my car runs great now and it saved me a good amount of money.i would recommend de buttes to anyone who wants the expert service for a lot less money.de buttes is now my main mechanic.

Service was ok..I didn't appreciate having an oil filter installed on my 3/4 ton truck that was the size designed for a Kia Rio...Next time I return I will request the correct size oil filter, since they have an Auto parts store right next door...

Thanks for working on our car.ABRA auto body did an excellent job on our 2009 Nissan Ultima had lots of hail damage. The people are very professional and friendly. The car looks like new. Would definitely recommend them.

Wait 24 hours before entering a car wash with a new or repaired windshield. The high water pressures and cleaning chemicals could damage the windshield adhesive.

The cost of replacing a windshield can vary even more than getting it repaired, because the vehicle’s make and model, not the severity of the crack/chip, determine costs.
