Good, honest service. Our Subaru Outback finally kicked the bucket at 144,000 miles. We thought we might need to have the water belt replaced. We took it to Japanese motors and Marco went in and looked at the engine and told us the next day that there was more that needed doing. He didn't move forward until he had explained everything clearly to us and given us a quote and we accepted it. It turned out we had to get a new engine. He let us stew over our decision for a couple days and when we told him we'd go for it, he did a great job. About 3 months later, we ended up needing to get the spark plug replaced. We took it back to Japanese Motors and they did that plus an oil change free of charge since the new (actually used but fairly new) engine had a warranty. I would recommend Japanese motors to anyone with a car they can fix. I felt that we were treated fairly and I would definitely stick with them if your car is the right type!
