Prescott Family Diner
Four of us went there last night, and all four raved about the food. Some items may have been a little pricey, but all in all the quality was worth it. Excellent service with water always being filled and very courteous staff; thanks Rae Lynn. My only suggestion to them would be to get a ramp to the door instead of 12 steps that must be taken when parking in the front handicap space. I have bad knees and it was rather difficult.

Prescott Family Diner
We have eaten here 3 times and each time was excellent. Crispy bacon and home fries, tasty sandwiches, reasonable prices and excellent service will keep us coming back. Many thanks to the crew who worked on Christmas Day. Randy and Nancy P.

Prescott Family Diner
They just opened and we made the mistake of not waiting until they got all the bugs worked out!! And they had a lot of bugs.

Rosa's Pizzeria
My all time favorite restaurant in Prescott area. Lived on the east coast for many years and enjoyed going in to NYC every couple of weeks to eat in Little Italy. This food reminds me of home. Its the real deal. Highly recommend.

Pasquale's Place
Unfortunately this is not real Greek food. Where is the kubideh, ghormeh sabzi, moraccan chicken, amazing tabouli salad, lavosh, spicy toss, persian barley soup, caspian kabobs...or Any kabobs....sultani kabobs....I mean really This place sucks! I worked in an authentic greek restaurant and This is the furthest from authentic, Its horrible. Go to a Greek family owned restaurant and get it for real not here. Your not going to find one in Prescott Thats for sure only because Its not sought after here. For us who have a delicate and sensitive pallette there is more to offer out there. Dont Eastwood your monetarias or time This is not authentic! Happy a bigger city....

Franklin Plumbing Services
Well, I would definitely agree with all the previous Franklin experience was great. I had an underground gas line leak, which they located and repaired. This was in December 2014 and my house in Prescott was very cold. I would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing to anyone.!

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant
I like the Olive Garden, the food is always good. I like unlimited breadsticks and salad. One thing that I do not like is that when you eat there, its too crowded. I would like a little more of a secluded feel. I don't like being disturbed by other people's family problems or impolite language around me.
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
