City Maid Oregon
Ran across this business when I was looking for house cleaning and was lured in by their 15% discount for being a new customer. From the phone conversation to the actual cleaning service, I could not be happier. They sent a reminder e-mail for my appointment and also saved me money by finishing quicker than they had estimated. They charged hourly so I was happy about that as well. Great company. Will definitely call them again!

The Polished Home
I was driving into work and one of their drivers put my life at risk on purpose! I had to merge over (as she prematurely merged and did not want to let me over) and she proceeded to tailgate very close to my bumper when I was going the speed limit. She decided to pass on a double yellow line and at the same time a car was coming the other direction in which she refused to slow down and caused me and the oncoming car to both slam on our brakes to avoid a severe collision. I honked at her and she proceeded to repeatedly flip me off (I have a picture) and even threatened me at the next stop light. I have never seen such road rage from someone driving a company car! I would expect that your employees would AND should be a reflection of how you run your business. I honestly hope this never happens again as she is putting people's lives at risk on purpose. A person’s character is reflective in all aspects of life whether you are driving or cleaning.

The Other Woman
I wasn't sure what to think when my wife wanted to hire a cleaning service but after the last year of service with The Other Woman I would never not want to have my house cleaned. We have service in our home every two weeks and love it every time we come home and see how nice it looks. Great experience with the staff when we have been home and the office lady is very friendly and helpful!

Raggedy Ann's Dustbusters
After reading several reviews mostly good- I am so disappointed. I called the owner and must at admit I was pretty outraged with the service, my husband and I were both ranting and raving- We paid for 4 hours of cleaning for a mostly empty home, $128- 2800 feet and a left a $40 tip. I left a list of the priorities, bathrooms, kitchen, floors (90% wall to wall carpet) except bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom counter never saw a dust rage, the kitchen floor had stickiness...I have a single cat and no children. I personally clean this house very well in 6 hours- the whole house. The outsides of the appliances and inside of the microwave was cleaned- The floors were quickly vacuumed, but a small runner rug was not even moved when she did. I was assured that the women I had was great, never a bad review in 4.5-5 years, except mine of course. The owner is going to call the lady to determine "what happened and touch base with me tomorrow", either way I am never using them again. She may have spent 4 hours, but she did not follow my priority list at all like arranged.

Eco Car Wash
The business is in complete denial of any wrong doing. My car was damaged inside their operation. A car halted in front of me while the machine pulled me into it, then my car stopped allowing the car behind me to hit me. I've filled out a customer complaint that has gone nowhere. Left multiple messages that were not returned. This is a shame operation. Unethical management and I recommend you don't go near this business! The staff workers were very nice. I recommend they get another job.Todd Taylor

Toria's Housekeeping
I contacted Toria's to get service for my Pastor and his wife who were relocating to a new church out of state. I called on Monday morning and Toria's immediately went to work. They were able to schedule a housekeeper the next day that fit into LIsa's very tight window on a very short notice. According to LIsa, the housekeeper was on time and did an amazing job. This took all the stress off of LIsa so she could concentrate on her children and other tasks that needed to be done. She was very happy. Then to top off the great customer service and the great housekeeper, Toria's chose to donate the service to them. WOW! I will definitely use Toria's again.
Tips & Advices
In most cases, clients are not required to provide cleaning supplies when working with a commercial cleaning service. However, this can vary from company to company, and it's important that you pay close attention to the service contract to get a sense of whether the cleaning company will foot the bill for these supplies. Necessary cleaning supplies may include mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, grout brushes, scrubbing sponges, bleach, and all-purpose degreasers.
Most commercial cleaning companies offer free estimates, so customers should not typically have to pay for a quote. In many cases, the cleaning company will conduct a site visit to take a look at your property and get a sense of what will be required to complete the job. At the end of this visit, they'll provide a cost estimate for the task.
Pricing for commercial cleaning services can vary widely, with monthly charges running anywhere from $100 to more than $5,000. Some companies charge by the hour, while others have a fixed price for each cleaning. Costs will also vary depending on the size of the facility being cleaned; some companies charge by the square foot.
Commercial cleaning services typically do background checks on all employees, but you shouldn't take this as a given. If you're thinking about hiring a cleaning company, get confirmation that they perform employee background checks. Employees at cleaning companies have access to your property and valuables, so it's essential to work with a business whose employees have been screened for theft and other crimes.
Yes, most commercial cleaners will require you to sign a service contract. A basic contract should include the contact information for both parties, explain the services being provided, any timeline expectations, and payment amounts and due dates.
