Tin Shed Garden Café
This is a great place if you are a dog parent with a social, calm dog who likes to hang out! They even ask for the number of dogs with the people when you check in. The patio is dog friendly - we saw tons of dogs hanging out with their parents, and the menu even has dog items on it! The small indoor area is dog-free (for those who are not into eating with dogs around), with just a few tables and a bar for seating. We loved our food - all great, natural ingredients. The homemade biscuits are to die for!

Banning's Restaurant & Pie House
I was just in Portland visiting a friend and we visited Bannings a good bit, since my friend lived down the street from y'all. First, Andy is a great asset to the Banning's staff and I would come back just for his service. Second, the chicken apple sausage was best thing ever tasted. I wanted to know if there is any way I could know where I could order it and have it shipped to me. I am in South Carolina and like I said, best sausage I've eaten.

Banning's is one of my absolute favorite places. My friends and I routinely come in and every single time we have had both great food and wonderful service. Your food is delicious and I like how you guys don't skimp on servings! Also, your waiters and waitresses are some of the most friendly, attentive and all around fabulous that I have ever encountered. Thank you so much for all the wonderful food and memories!

We LOVE Bannings! Let me say that I have NEVER had better soup anywhere. Yesterday it was Cream of Spinach..amazing! Their Cream of Mushroom is my favorite and unfortunately, it's not always on the menu. And their Patty Melt is a must try. Please keep current on your so postings as we check this page daily to see what soup you're serving! The servers are all great too. Shout out to "Q" and "Jack"!

Better Days Coffee
Small local drive thru shop. Baristas are polite, chatty and attractive and NO they do not wear bikinis! I do not like many small shops like this but you can tell they care about the products they serve and I've liked everything I've ever gotten. Oh and they have a ton of sugar free flavors. Nice to have several options instead of just vanilla and caramel like everyone else.

Banning's Restaurant & Pie House
This place will feed you plenty. Huge portions, and quality food. For a greasy spoon type place, not too much grease. Great food, huge selection, good service. Sometimes you don't want some foofy shi shi place with none of this and a little of that. If you are hungry, want a good variety with large portions, don't mess around. Stop here.

Jake's Famous Crawfish - Portland, OR
Truly an institution. We have been eating here for over 30 years. It has not changed a lick. The freshest ingredient and seafood in town. The oysters on the half (Yakina Bay Bulepoints) shell with a vodka back (Greygoose) is excellent. Prices are just spot on for the quality of food, sevice and atmosphere.Respectfully,Dennis L. Oden

Bread and Ink Cafe
A little pricey for basic breakfast. But liked what was ordered - the spinach omelet. Liked homemade condiments and smooth coffee. Acoustics was hard to chat over. Busy place so must be popular. Shared business space with the Waffle Window gave other options to eat. Our guest enjoyed the pumpkin pie waffle.

I love how they're open 24/7 and how various their menu is. The pies are great, traditional American flavors. I had an omelette and it was delicious. It came with pancakes as well, which I highly recommend. If you're looking for a light snack, the beer-battered Onion Rings are the way to go.

Just a moment...
