Excellent Furniture/Free Delivery The sales ladies have professional designer skills, helped us furnished entire home. One of the beds had damages and they exchanged next day. Also I didn't like how futon looks in my house, they have so many catalogs and I found a better looking style. They delivered and exchanged for free. Got 12 months no interest on entire purchase. My favorite store, trendy styles for reasonable price.

Mor Furniture for Less
Once again, Mor - Hayden Island fails to deliver (literally). Had problems in November due to a broken truck. Was rescheduled for delivery yesterday 12/21. Received a call earlier in the week confirming delivery on 12/21. Took time off from work so I could be home for the delivery. Waited and waited. Did frequent checks on the internet and saw the estimated delivery time slowly pushed back as the day wore on. Last note on the internet, we were next and the delivery was on the way, should be there at 6:15 pm. At 8 pm I called customer service. Was told truck was back at the warehouse. The furniture had been pulled on 12/20 and loaded on the truck. For some unknown reason on 12/21 the order was canceled by "someone" so the delivery wasn't made. I am at a loss as to why Mor - Hayden Island is having such a hard time completing this sell.

We purchased a Stanton love seat and recliner at a great price. I had some concerns about the recliner once we tried it at home. My husband is having a knee replacement soon and we needed a recliner with a motorized foot rest. I made a few phone calls about an exchange. This morning I received a call from Peter Jansz, he understood and was very responsive. I appreciate the kind of customer service that he and our salesman Mark provided. You're both rock stars!

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a business. I purchased a mattress and bed piece, waited a week for delivery, to not have them show up when they're suppose to! Show up the next day and all they had was a mattress with no idea where the rest of the bed is!!! I went back to the store and complained. And all they could do is lie to my face. I was promised the rest of my bed would be delivered the next morning between a certain time only to have same stuff happen again!!! No show no call!! I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, NOT TO MENTION THEY PROBABLY SCREWED THE PAPERWORK UP TOO AND WILL ATTEMPT TO COLLECT SOME RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FROM ME FOR A MATTRESS THEY REFUSED TO TAKE BACK EVEN THOUGH IT'S THEY'RE FAULT

Horrible customer service. They ordered the wrong chair and then wouldn't return it at their store. They made us drive to the Clackamas location to process the refund, no exceptions. Terrible buying experience.

Arrived half hour before closing. Employee in kids section hovering over us like a wolf. Not friendly. Condesending, arrogant, unprofessional. Would never purchase from there. And we were about to make a large one !! Too bad..

Mor Furniture for Less
Never go to this store. I spent $10K on my bed and electric adjustable mattress from tempurpedic. Also I bought 2 vases. They had everything in stock except 2 side night stands. They promised to deliver that in 10 days. They called me next day to arrange delivery and told me that they going to deliver everything between 6 and 10PM but most likely its going to be close to 6. And for 2 night stand in 14!!! days. So I went home earlier. Driver suppose to call me 1 hour before they come. They called at 10PM and came at 10:30. It took them 2.5 hours to install everything. Bed was scratched. Drivers/installers didn't know how to install adjustable mattress. Together we figured it out. Both vases was broken. They called in 3 days to arrange service. Service guy came and told us that he cant fix the bed and also when we opened boxes realized that both of them was broken. They called me from warehouse and told me that they are not going to fix it so I have to take care of it and call to tempurpedic and talk to them. Thank you Mor Furniture. Never going to come back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Sales personnel make statements and give written price quotes the company will not stand behind. We have had two very bad experiences with them, but have learned our lesson...extremely poor, potentially deceitful, business practices. BUYER BEWARE if you are getting weird or bad vibes there is a reason for that.I encourage potential customers to seek their products elsewhere with a company that uses ""service"" as part of its customer service philosophy rather than this company.
