Decided to have CRS replace our roof, and I am so happy to have made the right choice. Fernando came out to do the estimate and was more than happy to answer ALL of our questions. I knew I could trust them to do the job right! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs a roof!

Roof Life Of Oregon
I cannot recommend Roof Life of Oregon. I did a lot of research on roof moss removal and control, I felt that this team had the best strategy. I did due diligence and read many reviews as well as called the so called references that the provided. The reviews were very mixed, indeed the Angie's List grade was 'B'. Many of the 'references' that they provided in my area did not return my call, others had mixed feedback. Regardless, I took a risk. I found that they provided good service, and the moss treatment worked reasonably well. However, when it came time to honor the warranty for no re-growth in 3 years, they declined, saying they no longer provide service in my area. Some time later, when it was time to retreat, I asked again, same response. At the time of the initial service, they told me that the first cleaning & treatment would be expensive, but subsequent re-treatments would be much cheaper as the would need less work. Well, that hasn't happened, they seem to be a 'one-and-done' outfit. No Customer loyalty. Give them a pass and find someone else to do your work.

AA Maintenance Roof Pro
Called AA Maintenance Roof Pro Aug. 5, 2014. I was told Alfonso Sanchez would call me in a few days to discuss my roof. I called again on Aug. 18, after hearing nothing from Alfonso. The woman who answered the phone said that was far too long to wait for a response, and she'd check into it and call me "tomorrow". It's now 15 days later, and I have still heard nothing.

Superior Roofing & Siding
Excellent service. Aside from getting a great looking roof, the guys cleaned and adjusted my gutters. They even raked out my flower beds and disposed of everything. Great job.

Superior Roofing & Siding
This business is horrible. They put a dumpster in front of my garage which had my car in it without asking me and it cost me 4 hours of my work pay because I couldn't get to work without my car. Paul is a joke.

Roof Life Of Oregon
No problem with the crews that performed the work. They did a great job with the roof cleaning in Beaverton OR. The problem I had was no phone call from Roof Life as to when the work was to be scheduled. Twice the crews just showed up. And I had requested to be notified when the work was to be performed.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
