Mr. Rooter of the Treasure Coast
Kudos to Mr Rooter! To start off the young lady Christine on the phone was so helpful when I called in a panic because my bathroom had flooded while I was out shopping. She assured me that she would have someone over with in an hour. The plumber John and Tyler showed up in less than 20 minutes. Wow! John went strait to to find out what was going on. He stopped long enough to explain exactly what the problem was and how much it was going to be. They both worked very quickly and efficiently for several hours till they had the pipes fixed and my water back on that evening. Once again KUDOS to MR Rooter!! I haven't stopped telling everyone about since they rescued me.

Hedden Plumbing
We recently had our old 50 gallon water heater replaced with a tank less water heater. The service tech that came to the house was very friendly. He explained how the new system works and how making the switch from tank to tank less would benefit my family. Now we never run out of hot water. Hedden plumbing did a fantastic job and was very professional. We went over the cost with the technician and exactly what he would be doing before he started the job. In the end the price was exactly what we agreed upon although he had to use additional parts and labor. I highly recommend Hedden plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Art Stover Plumbing
I'll keep it short and sweet.... This company was amazing! At 2pm I called and notified them that I had a broken pipe on the outside of my house (main water line pipe). My lawn guy ran it over with his lawn mower (that's another story). By 3pm the guy was there working on it and by 430-5pm it was complete, like brand new. I have not had an issue like this before and was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg. However, that was not the case; $225.00 for everything. On top of all that, they were extremely professional and nice. I will definitely call them again in an event I need plumbing done.

Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber
My kitchen was completely clogged and contacted a few companies to come out and give us estimates for solving the problem and they asked me for a huge amount of money for a "collapsed sewer pipe" but they didn't explain me that much about the process. When I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, John D. came, identified the problem and he told me the kitchen sink had a clogged shut and charged me a fee what I considered appropriate. He was professional, friendly, and informative. John D. is definitely the kind of employee every company should have.

Bob's Plumbing Repair Service
I chose Bob because I saw that he came very highly recommended on here and now I can see why. My water heater took a dump on a friday and he was able to come out very quickly, found out it was un-fixable and was able to replace it promptly on the following Monday. He was very informative and courteous and tolerated all my phone calls and quickly resolved any issues. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and co-workers and would use his services again! = )

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I called and they said someone would be out between 8am -12 noon. Another employee contacted me within 40 minutes after my call and said the service person would be out in 45 minutes. Actually the serviceman Demetrios S. came in 30minutes which was 9:40am and fixed my issues answered all my questions. Was extremely nice, professional and none of my questions were ever a bother. He even gave me suggestions.

Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber
We had our sinks overflowing and did not know what to do, we called other plumbers but they either didn't call back or count not come for 2 days, I was desperate and I was kind of avoiding call Benjamin Franklin because I had heard they have high prices! Now I am so happy we called them they offered a high quality services and the price it wasn't as high as I though.

Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber
John came to attend to a problem with my water heater. I thought that we had to replace it but they fixed what was wrong. You definitely have to call him if you need quick, reliable and professional service. They can fix everything, they are not the cheapest services but every penny is worth it.

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
