Select Physical Therapy
I was referred to Select Physical Therapy. Wtihout a doubt Paul and this facility are clearly the best I've experienced following two major surgeries. Paul is extremely professional and attention to my issues has resulted improved mobility. Having never done it before, I went in not knowing what to expect, but I am so glad I did.I had Paul Burgener as my therapist, who is super friendly and really knows his stuff. He explained all of the different exercises to me, and changed them up so that nothing felt stale. Paul gradually pushed me farther and farther along into recovery, and I am all the better for it. I know enough now that I can do exercises at home to continue strengthening myself now that my sessions are almost over. I'm going to miss Patty (the receptionist)who creates a comfortable and relaxed environment for their patients. I definitely am indebted to Patty for working with my difficult schedule and bringing me back to health :)

Quality Performance Rehabilitation Inc
My physical therapist and his staff at Quality Performance Rehabilitation performed a thorough evaluation, diagnosed my back problem, and devised and implemented an effective treatment regimen. During a month of visits, my physical therapist methodically increased my range of motion, improved my endurance, and toned my muscles.

I have been to other physical therapy centers, and the staff here are the best. They really explain to you your treatment during your sessions. I have had much success with my physical therapy here, and plan to continue going.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
