Alt's Towing Recovery LLC
I called AAA to get a tow truck out to my vehicle at 10:30 a.m. They informed me that Mike Alts Towing was the company that would tow my vehicle. Ernie, from AAA, told me I was going to be towed by Mike Alts Towing between now-11:55 a.m. No one showed up. Called AAA again at 12:45 then Samantha told me around 2:30 p.m. Called again at 3:20 p.m. to AAA and then I was hung up on (didn't get her name) for another update. Repeatedly told AAA to have tow truck company call my 69 year old mother 15 min before the time they were going to show up. Alts towing and recovery called my mom at 3:30 and said that she needed to be there in 10 min or he was going to leave. At this point, my mother had waited for FIVE hours to get this vehicle towed. Alts towing and recovering was not there in 10 min like he said, he was there in 25 min. Mike Alts, showed up and was very threatening in his demeanor towards my mother and 4 year old niece. He towed the car to my house and damage was done to my vehicle on the passenger front side tire and rim (pictures included of damage). This was not a professional towing company and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

If you want to donate your hard earn money Good year auto servicecenter Pooler is the right spot for you. They charge $50 labor just to change air filter. They take pride for ripping people off. Its a shame.

These guys did awesome work on my Aud Q5! It looks and performs much better with everything Trinity did. The H&S lowering springs lowered it the perfect amount (I was worried but took their advice). Alignment (and steering angle reset!) was spot on. And I love the Double Dark Niche Wheels, Nitto tires, exhaust tips, drilled/slotted brake rotors, and custom caliper covers. Looks and feels like a whole new car now. I am extremely happy and have been trying to think of other things I can do. I even went back for them to diagnose and repair a PVC valve that the dealer wanted 4x as much to fix. Customer service and advice was amazing. The showroom is one of the nicest I have ever seen for an automotive shop, you know you are in the right place from the moment you walk in. Life-long customer here!

I came in without an appointment. The low pressure maintence light was on, I had been in the day before when they added air pressure to all tires and the light had gone off. I was to leave on a road trip to Florida on Sunday when the light came on again on Saturday. They were very busy, but I needed the tires to be checked that day. Kyle was very gracious and said he would get me in between jobs if I wanted to wait. They had my tire fixed in an hour. I am so grateful to them!!!!

Clean shop with knowledgeable staff. Even disabled my AFM/DOD on my Tahoe to help prevent the common oil consumption and lifter issues. Thanks a bunch!

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
