Baker Auto Service
Great Garage! To start, I am Very reluctant to let any garage work on my vehicle. I will always try and fix a problem myself before surrendering the job and supervisory duties.Baker Auto has serviced my vehicle twice. At first, I was extremely hesitant to go to a smaller garage for my repairs, but I was satisfied with the repair and service on my first visit. Following my initial experience with Baker, I chose to have the dealership perform the next, unrelated repair on my vehicle. The dealership fixed my problem, and the repair lasted a year and a month. After scheduling an appointment with Baker, I had the same part replaced for half the price and the same amount of time (more below). What is Baker Auto like?Well, Baker Auto is a respectable small business garage with honest experts. Baker stays within the quoted price. The staff are trustworthy and kind (more below). The business has an old-fashion, rural element. The records are handwritten on duplicative invoicing forms. The waiting room feels dated and features a CRT television. The coffee is not endlessly brewed, and the garage location is not on a popular intersection. Although the administrative process and the waiting room have not been renovated, don't be fooled Dean and the entire staff are fully capable to provide a service worth writing a glowing review. My story/car troubleAccording to the quote by Baker staff, the problem with my vehicle could have been $200 or $600. I diagnosed the potential problem and Dean priced my suggested repair at $200. Dean suggested another potential problem and priced his suggested repair at $600. He went to take a look at the issues and came back to tell me the $600 repair is not necessary. He replaced the part I had suggested for the quoted $200. The repair and service was done with great communication, and I am fully satisfied with my experience.

Century Motors of South Florida
Living in Michigan, the premium part of the rust belt, good solid used cars are hard to find. After some thought, I decided to purchase a vehicle from Ebay, and found a listing for a Nissan truck from Century motors. All parts of the transaction went smoothly, however some time is need when doing such a large purchase. This was expected, and I went to pickup the truck unseen at a local car transport company about two weeks later. There were some issues with the truck which I worked with Frank to resolve. The truck needed some front end work, and the spare tire was missing. With emails and phone calls, Frank responded, communicated, scheduled, and resolved everything to my satifaction.Overall the truck was clean, straight, and did not have any major issues with the powertrain. There are some small issues, such as the rear latch being loose (simple fix to replace) and some door molding that is loose, as well as a few scratches on the body. Overall the engine, transmission, rear end as well as the brakes were solid. Not bad at all for a used vehicle with 95k miles. If you are considering a purchase from Century Motors, I would recommend them. Expect that communication takes time, as it is done via email and phone. Being patient is also needed, as electronic commerce takes time and giving Frank a chance to reply is considerate. While the cars are used, they are from Florida, clean, rust free, and often single-owner. Once the car is recieved expect to pay for general maintenance, small repairs, as well as having to live with a possible stain or scratch....small stuff (that is easy to repair) for a rust free car that has a solid drivetrain.Very satified and definitaly would consider buying from Century Motors in the future.

Pierre's Complete Auto Service
I highly recommend this shop!My son cracked the block in his 2007 Honda Civic after having the oil changed at a different shop. We had it towed here for repairs. Steve worked with me and had even taken the car in without asking me for anything other than my word before finding a new engine for the car. I came by the next day and gave him a deposit, he had already gotten a replacement engine for the car. We spoke and I left the car in his capable hands. About an hour later Steve called me. I was worried that this would be bad news, but he had the greatest news for me! Before he started, Steve took the time to look up the VIN and found that there was an extended warranty on this car for the engine. Just when you think that there are no honest mechanics left in the world, you run across someone as great as the guys at Complete Auto Service. I have had work done here before and have always been more than satisfied with their service, but they have gone above and beyond my expectations now. I would highly recommend this repair shop. They made my day!

Auto Auction Dealers
April 15, 2013I had been searching for a used car for the past 5 weeks. After searching the internet long and hard I came across a website named I search their cars for sale and found two that really caught my eye. First I noticed how clean and the exceptionally low mileage these cars had. I called their phone number and immediately spoke to Chris. We made arrangements to meet that Saturday morning. Chris and Arturo met me at their office. They answered my many questions and even encouraged me to check other dealers for low mileage and clean cars. I went to at least 7 dealers and came back to Auto Auction Dealers to test drive the cars. Within minutes I chose the car for me. This company went above and beyond my expectations. I am pleased to tell everyone how satisfied I am with my new car. Super Great prices and customer service. I encourage anyone looking for a used car to please contact this company. Judith P.Ft. Joey Accardi Subaru
this was the most pleasant experience I ever had in any car dealership when buying or leasing a car. david did not waste my time or his. he was very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in and he made some recommendations that were very helpful to me in making my final decision on the car I leased. I felt he was fair and honest and I walked out of the dealership feeling I got the best deal on this lease. I feel the same way about joe falter. they are a shining example of what car salesman should be. they are a definite asset to your company and as a result of my experience I would highly recommend your dealership to my friends an family. thank you david and joe for being so considerate and professional and making my lease a pleasant experience.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Kaio Dantas. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the Tacoma but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on Friday night as you were closing up for the night. Since it was after closing on Friday and finance had gone home for the day, he worked with our schedule to be there first thing in the morning so we could complete the sale. My wife and I will recommend Kaio to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase.

Paradise Auto Brokers
Paradise Auto is a small, down-to-earth operation. They are accommodating, forthright and put a great focus on the customer's needs. We worked with Vincent, who helped us stay in budget (the car we purchased was well under KBB value price). He had repaired an upholstery burn without us even requesting it. I have never seen such accommodation and genuine interest in keeping the customer happy. These guys are gold. No slimy tactics to pressure you into buying something when you aren't ready. They are more concerned with customer satisfaction, repeat customers and referrals - and we certainly intend to send business their way after this wonderful experience.

Baker Auto Service
I have been going to Baker Auto for years for mileage maintenance and repairs and they have always done an outstanding job and charge me less than Honda. Dean is fair and very honest. Recently I was getting an oil change elsewhere and was told I needed a power steering pump that they could replace. I went up the road to Honda to get their quote and they were within $20 of first quote. I went to Baker's and Dean verified I needed a new pump and replaced it for $150 less than the other two places and I was in and out in less than one hour. Wonderful service, prices and best of all, I can trust what they tell me.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
