It has been over 3 years since I became a client and most appreciative customer of Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance, Inc. This is our first year spending a significant amount of time in our condo, becoming true "snowbirds" We have a little over a month to go and will be closing up our condo until next years winter season. Once of the things I was hoping for this years was a trouble free stay without needing your services for any repairs. Of course knowing we have a contract with you does bring peace of mind. As luck would have it, yesterday afternoon we had a water leak under our kitchen sink. I called your office for service and was given an appointment time between 2 & 6 this afternoon and we are grateful that you could send tech to our condo on a Saturday within 24 hours of our call, what I would call an excellent response time. I received a call from your office this morning saying a tech was available and could come over immediately. Your tech arrived within 15 minutes of the call, examined the problem, went to his truck to obtain a replacement rubber hose coupling and completed the repairs in a very professional and timely manner! We could not ask for more! Once again we say THANK YOU to your entire staff for repairing our water problem and reaffirming how happy we are being part of your PRIDE family. Please feel free to use this letter as our testimony and recommendation of Pride Air Conditioning & Appliance, Inc. For anyone who questions your capabilities.

I called Wed. afternoon before a hurricane and Lindstrom set an appointment for 9:00 the next AM which I considered very fast response time under the circumstances. Alin was here on the dot of 9:00 to assist me with an urgent problem. My AC drain lines were clogged; the drip pan in my attic was overflowing into my bedroom ceiling. Alin correctly unclogged the lines & re-set the float valves in my drip pan so that they should not leak again. I hired another company to unclog the drains last April; they charged 300.00 & re-set the float valves too high--actually causing the leak in my ceiling. The drains were also not actually unclogged! Lindstrom did the job right the first time; they charged 89.00. I will call them again when I have an AC problem. Their technicians are not only knowledgeable; but, very interested in doing a good job. I really appreciated Alin's efforts on my behalf.

Lindstrom's Air Conditioning in-house staff and technicians are positively the most professional, knowledgeable and responsible individuals that a company can expect to have in its employ. The Lindstrom technicians not only arrive promptly to repair or replace parts that are needed to solve an issue but they always follow-up in case a part has to be ordered. The most recent appointment was covered by Eddy. He is an outstanding person for his technical knowledge, his manner, and his respectfulness. On a follow-up visit, EDDY FERNANDEZ returned to my home and installed a brand new coil that required a great deal of technical skill. Eddy demonstrates lots of patience to be sure he gets it right the first time and indeed he did just that. My home is cooling the way it should be, thanks to a very COOL guy named Eddy Fernandez!

Purchased new unit: Installation team very good however our saleman told us our air handler would fit in the same location as our old one (took measurements, etc). After the work was done, I looked up into our attic and all I saw was the large air handler. It was not in the corner as before and it now takes up 1/2 (at least) of our attic! Also the unit is hanging by chains! ( We are going to check to ensure that this is safe and per code.) We were never notified by the saleman that there would be a change in location. The installation team did a good job and thought he had called us - NO he did not. Having been such long time customers of Lindstrom - he should have told us, just common courtosy and professionalism. (expertise and promt. is for installation team -2 is for sales)

Trung Tran was phenomenal. He was very polite, neat, efficient and accurate. Once I received the phone call that he was on his way, here was at my house within minutes. The time frame I was given when I scheduled the appointment was between 1-3pm, and he arrived right in that frame...I had taken the day off work, so was extremely happy that he had the part (s) needed in his truck to complete the job, and my air conditioner unit was working efficiently within about an hour. I am also very happy as I have a 94 year old mother in my home, and Trun did the job as quickly as possible so she wouldn't be without a/c for too long. Overall, his service was exceptional, and if I would need the use of the company in the future, it would be great if he would be the technician again!

Dear lady Debbie with Pride A/C,Thank you for being instrumental and a team player for helping me to send for the 2nd time Kevin (mechanic) who told me my 2005 AC unit is running just fine. On 9-28-13 I was told by ECM I needed a new AC unit and recommended a Rheem, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman. I said I would seek a second appraisal. I called Pride AC, in comes Kevin 10-10-13 fixing my unit for $479.95 and suggests to replace rusted drain pan. Those were hard days for me, in comes Dennis 10-16-13. New drain pan $300 Today I am very thankful to be allowed to have a new contract with Pride AC inc. Lady Debbie, please thank the girls for taking my stress calls. Along with Jay who helped me to sign a new Pride Contract during this period of time.Respectfully always,E.Monte R.

I wanted to recognize your dishwasher repair person Joseph, deserves kudos from you for upholding the fine reputation of your company. Joseph came to install a new motor. His first smart move was to call, knowing his GPS could probably not detect my whereabouts in the Township thus saving you time. He came in with excellent humor and courtesy and set about his business immediately. After what seemed to be a short time considering what I expect to be the enormity of the job, he, having finished not only explained the situation but told me he had cleaned a couple of filters I never knew existed.He tries to treat his customers as if the appliance in question belonged to him. Anyone who has this attitude and efficiency about his work certainly deserves high praise.

I wanted to commend one of their service men. Thankfully in spite of the terrible weather and pouring rain, Ray did not stop and finished the job in the worst of working conditions. I am so glad that he didn't just tell me that the part needed to be ordered. I would never have been the wiser and albeit a bit frustrated and hot. I would have no recourse. Ray did the professional thing and served the customer in spite of his discomfort. Sadly, I don't know many Ray's out there. I am just grateful I was lucky enough to have had him assigned to my home. Thank you Pride for having Ray and hopefully he will receive more than a pat on the back for this. He should be rewarded and should train others on the true meaning of customer service. Satisfied customer!

Compliments and praise are in order for tech #580 Gordon. I was originally scheduled for service late this afternoon, but I received a call from Paul early this AM asking if i would like service presently have 4 service contracts with Pride and from time to time I do consider making a change to another company but, Gordon reinforced my decision to stay with Price in that he was most efficient. He pinpointed the problem immediately and corrected the problem in a most professional and pleasant manner. Gordon is an asset to your organization and if only all your techs had his qualities, it would be a win-win situation for all. Thank you for sending Gordon this morning.

I moved from Plantation, FL the end of June and am trying to get organized at my new residence. I have been a customer of Pride for many years and expected to find a similar company here that could provide me with the peace of mind I had with your excellent service that was also affordable. I have not been able to find such a company. Could you please open a branch in the Tampa area? perhaps your business contacts might know of a similar company operating here? I am so disappointed that your company isn't in this area. If by any chance you do know of a business here that would be similar to Pride please let me know. My peace of mind is suffering!
