Excellent place to do business at cars extremely clean and willing to do it takes to get you financed and get you in the car the same day Not like the giant dealerships when you walk in you feel like your piece of meat in 10 sales and come after you you work just with the guys there Joe and Mike

The worst customer service you could possibly get in the auto sales business you are pressured and rushed to buy the sales man neil is extremely unproffessional! I do not recommend this place to anybody they sold us a tahoe that had illegal written all over it and they never told us anything about it the tahoe didnt have a muffler, no air filter the cam shaft was cracked! and much more.We couldve sued this place! The salesman is not qualified for customer service he harrasses people, pressures potential buyers, and is rude! The owner does not address this guys behavior towards customers says alot about this business and reason why sales are low! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The salesman followed my fiance into dollar tree and made a scene in front of everyone yelling and cursing because my fiance was a little backed up on payments, he also calls a thousand times and leaves several voicemails harrassing! Again very unproffessional he should be fired.

BUYER BEWAREI bought a used vehicle from Liberty Motors of Pleasantville. This was the second car I bought from them. The price of the vehicle was 10,995 but when I went to sign the papers the price was listed as $12,995 I asked Steve the saleman about why the increase of $2,000 and was told that because my credit was bad due to my ex. Credit Acceptance added $2,000 for the loan. Like a fool I believed him and signed the papers. I called credit acceptance and spoke with a manager and was told that this was a complete lie. I have tried unsuccessfully to settle this $2,000 swindle and will be sueing and other things to expose this theft.

Purchased a car in October 2015. I am a widow with four chiller, put $2200 down with tax and tags included. Service engine light came on five days after taking possession of vehicle. Went off came back on etc. took it too mechanic brakes first, they had it two weeks until I could pay had it back only three weeks then the crank sensor went . Again did not have it for 16 days as I had to wait to pay another large mechanic bill had it back three days and then the strarter went. Again went without it because I am on a limited budget and had to wait three weeks to get it out of the mechanic. Altogether I paid $1200 and change in mechanic bills. I got the car back 03-16-16 not even s day later it was making a burning smell, bucking, stalking when trying to start and finally on 03-25-16 it would not start at all AGAIN-!!! I paid a total of $3130 with payments and money down and over $1200 in auto mechanic repairs total $almost $4400 all they care about it receiving payments. STAY AWAY
