Sudhir Matthew
Sudhir is very knowledgable . He has educated himself on many aspects of Real estate that is beyond his basic realtor license. While we were looking at homes he was very honest about his review on any home we visited with respect to condition, location, floor plans. He could precisely estimate the cost of repairs and upgrades even before we made our offer. After we moved into our new home he sold our old home. He had his contractors, stagers, photographers lined up to get our home ready for the market. Our home looked so good on the MLS we were so proud to forward our homes listing to our family and friends. His market analysis is so detailed and graphic its easy to understand and assess our expectations.. While our home was ready for the market , another similar home came on the market in our neighborhood. He advised us to hold off listing our home till the other home went pending, so we waited and the strategy paid off and we sold much higher then what we expected. His preparation and marketing strategy helped us sell our home at the highest in the neighborhood

Salon Vivace
What a pleasant break from the norm. This salon is in an historic house in Pleasanton and whomever decorated it, they did a fantastic job. My stylist was Katie Tavres - what a wonderful young lady. At first, she had a barrage of questions and it seemed odd but, after a while I got it. She wanted to know how I wear my hair so she could do the cut around my bad habits. So, another bad habit I have is cutting my own hair. When I am at my desk and, if my bangs won't stay out of my eyes, I go a cut my bangs. I'm a technical writer and not a stylist so you can imagine what they looked like. But, she worked around my styling snafu and fixed it all up. I greatly recommend Katie for her styling and coloring expertise. And, let's not forget how important conversation is when you're at a salon for hours. Although Katie is young, (and I am not) she was able to keep me engaged with some pretty interesting conversation. Thanks Katie – I’ll be back.

California Collision
Last January (2016), I reviewed California Collision and awarded all grades as OUTSTANDING and EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS. As my luck would have it, the same car was rear-ended 364 days later. This time, I didn't have to research and interview repair facilities. Without hesitation, I enlisted my TRUSTED and HONEST Auto Collision professionals/experts at California Collision to handle the repairs. Again, another FLAWLESS performance from the California Collision team. They took care of the repairs and handled all communication with the insurance company. As we know, that can be quite the task in itself. Sean presented me with my sparkling clean car at pickup in the typical friendly and professional California Collision manner! If you need collision repair on your vehicle, do yourself a HUGE favor and give Sean and staff a call at California Collision (925) 484-0111.

Pure Organic Nail Salon
I have tried this place several times. It is really inconsistent. Either I have an amazing experience or it's really bad. The last time I went there For a pedicure I asked my manicurist to leave nails long because I get ingrowns and she cut them really short. Then my polish peeled off within 2 weeks. It seems like it just depends on who you get as your manicurist.

Olivia is so talented. She will make your hair look amazing. Ask for her if you can. She has done my hair many times and fixed a bad hair cut given to my son.

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
