Allstate Insurance Agent: Larry Filio
***DANGER*** TO ALL CURRENT CLIENTS AND PEOPLE CONSIDERING INSURANCE COVERAGE THROUGH THIS MAN: I have (soon to be cancelled) motorcycle coverage through this agent Larry Filio and he is the master of bait and switch! He purposefully quotes you low and adds all kinds of "discounts", even when you tell him you don't want them, to make you think you're actually getting a good deal on your insurance. But once you've signed up for your seemingly good insurance coverage things start to change. I paid one payment for the $240 coverage that I agreed upon and the next month I receive a bill for $500!!! All because Larry Filio, my INSURANCE AGENT, failed to tell me I had to sign certain waivers to remove $1,400 worth of coverage. Because I never received and therefore didn't sign, I had to pay the $500 bill or my coverage would have been cancelled! You would think that an INSURANCE AGENT would be competent enough to inform you of information like this but NO! Not Larry Filio. Once I called the call center and had an intelligent person clearly see what had happened I was able to sign the correct papers and it was back to normal right?!? WRONG! There is no "Normal" with a useless Agent like Larry Filio. I find out that since Larry finally took off the bogus "Discounts" that I never asked for in the first place, that all of a sudden and without notice, my NEW Bill is now $100 MORE PER MONTH than he had originally quoted me. BEWARE!! Doing business with this untrustworthy man will leave you BROKE and UNINSURED. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Bristol west in by far the worst insurance out there. My vehicle was used with out my knowledge in committinh a hit & run while I was on vacation out of the state. It hasn't been running for over 2 months now. I placed my claim early June and still no one has put the effort into explaining what in the world happened to my truck. No one picks up the phone. My emails have only been answered once. I had to figure out who my claim Adjuster was for my claim. No one told me and he never bothered to contact me. I was told Bristol West doesn't offer rentals. Apparently the other guy complaining on here at least got a rental for 4 days. I've already dumped hundreds on Lyft and have had to beg for rides from friends like a child. After 2 months it is embarrassing, infuriating and everyone around me has over extended themselves to help me wayyyyy longer than they should have!

Ron is a great agent. He's attentive and really cares about you and your families well being. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I truly understood what I was signing up for. I recommend him and this company if you want to work with someone who will go the extra mile for you.

One of the worst experience I've had was with this insurance company. I was unfortunate to have damage to my car by a hit and run and they took almost a month to pay for damages while my car sit up in the body shop. forcing me to borrow vehicles since they only would pay for four days of rental. THE WORST

Bad service... special Nicole Clayton ... I asked them to check out then called back 1 hour later still no answer. She told me 'BE PATIENT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE GO TO FIND ANOTHER AGENT.' THIS IS WHAT I DO LATER. No experience... DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS... Check other agency!!!!

Christopher Walls - State Farm Insurance Agent
I was with this state farm office for 16 plus years. I never had any problems until christopher took over from nor is bailey. They were always fair. I have never had a to file a claim In my 16 years of being a loyal customer and then out of nowhere they raised my monthly from 65 a month to 181. I will never do business with state farm again. When I tried to find out why the rate went up so high Jodie was extremely rude with me and I could hear her bad mouthing me on the phone as she transferred me to christopher who hung up on me when I was trying to find out why they would have done this to such a loyal customer with a PERFECT driving record. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE I'VE THAT ARE UNCONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
