Well it's just that it had been a while since our car had been washed and they took quite a while to clean it. When "completed" the interior windows were not clean, exterior windows barely done. The moon roof was not cleaned ( you know the glass portion on top that you just have to open the moon roof glass to clean). There were spots on the vehicle that I removed in front of them after the wash by using my shirt sleeve and some water. This was 44.95, not 13.00 or even 24.00. Car looks good from a distance... Never going back as there are too many places that would do better for less.

Sparkling. My car. The service. The whole experience was sparkling. There are two car washes in my city but I drive to Plano to Carmel because no one does it better. Did the $44.95 wash. Worth every penny.

Came to this carwash to wash my truck. Got the premium $18 wash. Went through the car wash as directed. The car wash tore my driver side windshield wiper off. They basically told me they could do nothing, even after I went and got the manager. So I had to drive off with a vehicle not road ready that is illegall to drive with no compensation or compation for what happened. The lady next to me at the vacuum had a similar incident where it tore her hub cap off. She said they would do nothing about it either. Guess this car wash cost me an additional $20 for a new wiper blade. Half of the vacuum cleaners are clogged and nobody is checking them. Nobody taped anything down to try to prevent any damage. Going to full service wash next to Hirsh's next time. 10-16-16 11:15a. Car #240 FP#60439+156753

Mi-T Fine Car Wash
I would never go here again. In my opinion, dented my car and treated me poorly when I brought it promptly to their attention. Didn't return a dozen phone messages

I took my car for wash on 5/1/16 for Fast lane combo @ Preston Rd, Plano , TX and service was good. The receipt had a 5 day unconditional guarantee, so I went again for free wash on 5/6/16. This time they scratched my car badly in hood and side back. I have to fix my car on my own now. I never go to this place again, because I wrote the review on google yesterday(5/6/16) and the review is missing today. Not even worth for single star.

Worst experience I've had at a car wash! I was greeted by the manager John who instead of saying "good morning or thanks for visiting" decided to greet me with "we're gonna need to charge you more" because I had a decent amount of mud on my truck. He did a poor job of explaining so I said no, give me the $6 wash. The prewash guy didn't touch my truck and just sent me through the wash. Absolutely terrible customer service. The wash is decent but not worth it since they don't understand customer service and how that works.

Left my car squeaky clean! Love the nice workers! :) This employee by the name of Ross had a smile on his face and was willing to give me a helping hand. Great place for a great wash!

This car wash has caused hundreds of dollars in damage and of course will not take blame for it. Paid for an interior cleaning that comes with a free wash and hand dry. Going thru the wash the first time, the machines stopped working and laid there lifelessly while they hit the car. The one that typically spins was just hanging in front of the car and hit it and rolled off the roof where I'm assuming the gashes that appeared on the roof of my car happened. We saw the scratches right after we left when we stopped to get gas and went back and of course got the run around.. Apparently none of their machines have metal that can scratch your car only cloth. So you tell me what holds that cloth.. Metal and when it's not spinning the metal can hit your car, unlike what they are claiming. Another possibility: one of their rags was dropped and had rocks or dirt on it but no, that can't be true because their employees are "trained" not to allow that to happen... So my dog is trained not to pee in the house but she makes mistakes. Basically the manager on duty is never able to help you with anything if there's a problem and you have to call the gm which is out of state. If I were you, with their reputation of frequently broken machines, I would stay away!

If you like scratches all around your brand new car after its very first wash, this is the place for you! I just brought my brand new black Infiniti QX80 for its first carwash to this location earlier today. After the wash, I went to grab some groceries and was walking back to my car and noticed a few scratches on the rear passenger door. Upon further inspection, I found scratches ALL AROUND my car! I called them and told them what had happened and was told to bring the vehicle over so they could look at it. I went back and the Unit Gm, Josh (according to his card) met me as I pulled in. I showed him the scratches and we both walked around the vehicle, finding scratches all over it. Not little scratches, he said that some were so bad he wouldn't be able to buff them out. Remember, this is a brand new car and this was the first time I had it washed. He then placed blame on my dealership, but of course I inspected the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery of such an expensive purchase and these scratches obviously occurred during the wash. "It wasn't the machine, or everyone's car would be scratched" and "it can't be from our towels because we only move in one direction" were the excuses I received, whatever that means. Uh huh. Anyway, he had offered to buff the softer scratches out, but we both agreed, as my anger rose to the surface, that it was probably best he not touch my car again. Save yourself some damage and headache and DO NOT go to this place. I have never seen anything so ridiculous.
Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
