Parker-Chase Preschool
Nothing but great experiences here at Parker Chase for my 2 wonderful children who went all the way from the baby room though Pre-K. Every teacher was always engaged in their activities and growth as well as creating a relationship that felt like family from start to finish. They all helped shape the minds of our children and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for all that you have done for us, and keep up the good work!

Plano Day School
I am mother of toddlers, Deleena and Devaansh Dhing who attended your preschool's age 2 class. What really rubbed me the wrong way was Ms. Yew's nature when it came to our concerns and complains with few of the teachers. During the last day the exact words Ms. Yew had for me was "I have to take care of school and I can't just focus on your complaints and issues." As a director of your preschool its her job to ensure your customers / parents concerns are addressed. I understand your "teachers" are valuable but we as "paid" customers are also valuable for your business. if I pick up my kids with soiled diapers on several occasions I am going to be upset. In fact we have seen from the one-sided glass when my kids were telling the teacher about soiled diapers she didn't take any action. Ms. Yew wasn't able to believe us and instead sided the teachers. we reached out to several of our Indian friends who have sent their kids to your preschool and majority of them said lack of hygiene was an issue. However above everything the last straw was Ms. Yew's hard/cold words for us to remove my kids from your day care. I suppose Mr. Yew wasn't able to digest the complaint so she called my husband in the AM and told me to take my kids home by 12 pm. I was at work and my husband was at work too. This is totally unreasonable behavior. It almost felt like she kicked us out. I had to plead with her to keep my kids till 6 pm since I couldn't get off work earlier. 6 out of 10 times my kids came home with poopy diapers which had dried up. They would not help them eat. The teacher would just stand there seeing them struggle with food. Michelle was the only good teacher there. They didn't wipe toilet seats in between kids. Also when given feedback the rude and arrogant director Ms Yew told us to take our kids out of school and said didn't want our kids there anymore which was v humiliating. Extremely poor hygiene and etiquette level on mgment part. Take ur kids and business elsewhere.

Legacy Learning Center
VERY DISAPPOINTED ! I planned to start my two boys this monday I had been in contact with Morgan ( Front Desk Manager ) I guess. It was a very unfortunate situation for my son we were having to pull him out of his last school because he was being bullied and the teachers could care less. So i came across legacy learning center and I spoke with Morgan a few times who gave me tuition rates which worked perfectly in our budget. Well I had my fiance' go over to pay the $100.00 deposit to reserve the boys spot and they provide us with paperwork no tuition rate sheet included nothing about deposits. I called two days ago to confirm tuition and it was TOTALLY different from what i was first quoted. I was quoted $453.30 and that changed to $473.00. I called to speak with the director Ana who didn't give a flying .... about my deposit who said all she can do is tell her team to make sure they are giving the right tuition rates! WTF ! How can you allow your team to give rates and then they aren't the correct rates! I am beyond PISSED. not only do i have to find a new school i have to pay another deposit. Ana the director didn't care all she stated is the deposit is non-refundable. Legacy Learning Center stole money, you cant give a rate then change it after the deposit is paid. Unfortunately it is family and owned and operated so they wont give me the information to get in contact with the director boss. I will keep posting reviews until my money is refunded. You can't get over on people just because your team doesn't know the school's rates. GET A GRIP!

ABC Day School
Preston ABC Day School Staff is all amazing with our son who is currently 3 years old. He's been going to ABC Day School since he was 18 months old and he loves it there. He's happy to go to ABC in the morning when we drop him off and just as happy when we pick him up. I can't say enough good things about ABC Day School and teachers. As a new mom knowing I was going to have to put our son in daycare was hard. ABC made the transition very easy. We do a trial run for a couple of hours when our son was around 18 months old which was great practice for all of us. When our son started daycare, School sent me pictures to show me how he was doing and in every picture he was smiling and having a great time. I would recommend ABC Day School to anyone who is looking for quality childcare. All of them genuinely love our son and every day. I have peace of mind knowing he is in the best of hands!! Thank you ABC for everything you do for our son!

Windhaven Academy
My daughter has been at this facility for 7 months. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter loves her teachers and they are very attentive. I researched a lot of day cares centers before picking this one and I couldn't be more pleased.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Management is awful and their new Director is a witch! Have friends who pulled their kids out as well..

Primrose School of West Plano
Astonishingly awful management, quite rude and ignorant. Head manager is an insufferable fossil, office staff a bunch of feminazis, another example why women don't belong in position of authority. Facility is falling apart, dirty inside and out. Absolutely way too expensive for the quality of the care, teachers look beaten and worn, I wouldn't trust my child being there a second. Stay away.

RUN! My 4yr old son has been pushed off a ramp in the playground and slammed into a metal piece of a chair by the same class member who has yet to have any disciplinary action towards him. The director states that this is not aggressive behavior and there is no need for punishment. When I asked for her pay attention to this matter she became defensive and told me to withdrawal my son. She told me this in a hallway with many passerby parents. Extremely unprofessional! Since when do the victims get kicked out? I luckily recorded two of his teachers stating that "they don't know what else to do with this bully." They are told by the director that this is normal and they "feel bad about it". The parent of this child (is a certified teacher) and told me that he feels that there is a lack of structure for discipline here and feels that the leader is not a good leader for this age group. Being pushed off a ramp and slammed into a metal piece is beyond "bumps and bruises."

Just a moment...
