It was a nice and clean place to stay. The breakfast was decent in the morning and the rooms were new and clean. Staff was very nice.

NYLO Plano at Legacy
I stayed here when my granddaughter had her wedding. The room was a little pricey, but it was worth it. This place is very modern and up to date. I had a couple drinks in the bar and it was good service too. We would come here again

Sheri helped us find all inclusives in the Caribbean, and helped us compare apples to apples. We had specific items we wanted included, and she had no problem making sure she got those details from every all-inclusive in the area.Their communication was pretty good; I may have caught them out of the office/on vacation, but in the end it was moot and we got everything we needed before our honeymoon.

User beware - owner (Kay Wilkenson) books you on cruises without permission or authorization, then charges $100 to get in cancelled and threatens to send your info to a collection agency even though you did not sign ny agreements. Stay away!

Legacy Travel
Our group of 52 friends and family members made travel plans to Mexico through Legacy travel.For $50K plus worth of business, you would expect good service but not even close. We were treated like they don’t need our business next year. Our whole trip was arranged by Leigh Ann and we were issued travel docs. A few days later, we were notified that our return flight has been cancelled and changed from 1:00 PM to 7:00am which was a total lie and they wanted to make more money. Eventually, We forced Legacy to honor the original plan. On departure date, two of our group members were told that their reservation could not be found, so they had to pay $1800.00 for new tickets and cut their vacation from 7 to 5 days as the result. Legacy also charged one group member $700 for Room upgrade and they did not get an upgrade at all. Leigh Ann has not returned any emails or responded to any of us regarding these problems. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED.
