All my previous eight car purchases except one have been through a franchised dealership and the experiences were all about the same, not overly negative or positive. From time to time I check various auto websites just to see what is out there. I discovered Luxury Auto Depot had, in my opinion, a real gem. I contacted them and spoke to Hernan. That was the start of a very positive relationship and one I do not feel I could ever have received from a franchised dealer and certainly one I have never had in my past experiences with purchasing a car. Working with Hernan was like a breath of fresh air in regards to the entire buying process and especially the personal attention I received after the sale. Hernan was very accommodating and I felt I got honest answers upfront to all my questions. He also went above and beyond to make my buying experience by far the most positive I have ever had and has earned my respect as both a person and a businessman. I will, without question, be a return customer. How Luxury Auto Depot conducts business and treats its customers should be held up as examples for dealerships of all sizes.
