    well , I took the whole day off for my dogs teetch cleaning that was supposed to be done by 3 o clock , THEY SAID WAIT FOR A CALL , phone busy , then phone busy , then I get ahold of them at 4:59 to be told yup she was fine and good to go but they close at 5:00 , just so they can screw you into an additional overnight charge ? let alone not let you have your pet back !!!! they simply say to just stop in tommorow as if Im on welfare puke who never works and has time for everything , this is complete bs . so because they failed to call me as they said they would , now we are going to end up swinging it out , I dont care if the overnight charge = $1 .... its going to be tooth and nail for this one , kids are not happy to get their pet back tonight as promised , this is very , very low , I dont give 2 $hits about their excuse the dog might be a little groggy from meds ==== well no $hit huh ... and dont you think they would want to be with the people who care about them as they are recovering ???? I will go to court before I pay for an overnight stay because of their negligence tues. june 13th 2017

    My dog was hit by a car Saturday I was unavailable so my daughter spoke to them and was told that payment arrangements could be made so I brought him in as soon as I could. Surgery was done and pins put in so I went to pick them up was then told that I had to come up with half of the amount of the Bill which I didn't have so the next day I went back to see what I could possibly do since I am trying to get my disability do to health reasons. Which is a lot like watching paint dry. Am coming up on 3 yrs since I've had an income. Making it on wife's income alone. So then was told needed the full amount. Guess I can kiss that dog good bye. Just wish that the people would stop changing their minds.

    The services rendered by the Doctor were well done but the front desk help leaves a lot to be desired as far as professionalism is concerned. I have never been spoken to as condescendingly as I was by Emily in their office.

    I am telling anyone living within 60+ miles of this clinic - you need to bring your beloved pet to these guys. Special kudos to Dr. Dane DeBower for his expert surgical skills. My dog had Cruciate Surgery one wk. ago today and she is already WALKING on the leg! They are amazing - highly skilled - reasonably priced AND they CARE!

    We've been taking our animals here for years. Dr. DeBower is incredibly loving towards the animals and has always treated our animals with care and respect. Prices are very low compared to other area vets. It may not be the fanciest looking office, but the care you receive there is equal to anywhere else. If you want to go to a vet that's going to charge you for every latest, newest most expensive, unnecessary test and procedure, go somewhere else.
