When I first came to Plainfield, CT, last century, I bought groceries at your store. I was very upset by the rudeness of many of your checkout staff.Their primary aim was to discuss the next dance they were going to attend and who would go with them. The customer just did not exist. I wrote a letter of complaint and you responded by sending me a voucher for free purchase.This was not what I wanted. I suggested the sum on the voucher should be sent to charity.But things have greatly improved in the customer interface department, making it a pleasure to shop there.Therefore, I congratulate you on your new store and the staff who operate it.
