Duro One Hour Cleaners
I needed a suit cleaned last minute. They got the job done and went above and beyond. Even got out stains that were left behind by my last cleaners. Looks like I found a new Dry Cleaner.

Dutch Girl Cleaners
A disappointed experienceThey won't pay when your expensive shirts ruined - We have been using this cleaner over a year. Paid in advance when we dropped the shirts. People were nice until there was a problem. Two weeks ago, there were three shirts had bleach marks all over the top of the collars. We didn't check it since we trusted them, and found out two weeks later. We brought back asking them what happened. They denied that they ruined and shirts andasked us if we brought them to other cleaner, or it has been a while since we took the shirts, did we bleach them by ourselves. It was uncomfortable experience and I started trying another cleaner.

I had a down comforter dry cleaned here which had been put on a hanger and covered with plastic while the blanket was still WET!!! (The blanket was only 3 months old, it was being cleaned only because my dog got pawprints on it.) The mildew smell in the down was awful!! They cleaned the blanket again but I could still detect a mildew odor. The problem was turned over to the manager, Travis, who then left me a voicemail in which he said he could not smell anything and that the blanket was not ruined because it was still fluffy. I returned his call, and what a gem he turned out to be. He was so rude and argumentative and had no interest in talking about it. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner. Yikes!!!

Door to Door Dry Cleaners
After years of taking my shirts to be laundered and pressed at a local cleaners, it went out of business. I came across Door to Door about a month ago. I proceeded to take several dry cleaning items and my cotton shirts to be laundered. The girl behind the counter told me it would be an additional $3 dollars more $5 total because they are women's shirts. I explained they can be done just like the mens. She sent them out and I picked them up, the were laundered and pressed just fine. A few weeks later I was dropping additional shirts off. The owner was present and proceeded to tell me we can't do them like men's because it will ruin them. I showed her the shirt that I was wearing, and explained that it had been cleaned by them. She reluctantly took them as I felt her seething. When I picked them up they were laundered and ironed just fine. Yesterday, I went to drop off another round of shirts and as I walked into the shop, the owner who was laying on the couch in the front of the store, gets up and starts to say that "didn't they tell you when you picked up the shirts? I left a note". She was starting to snarl about not having them cleaned. I picked up my shirts and stated that this is definitely sexism. They want to charge me $5 dollars to launder and iron my shirts, when a man can be charged $2. Don't say it's different machine you place them on because you were capable of doing them twice which came out fine. Plus don't say it has to do with men's shirts being larger. There are plenty of men smaller than me. Such poor customer service and business practices from one business woman to another. Any business that wants cash up front prior to the product being completed indicates a cash flow problem. They won't be around very long.

DONT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!!! I took my 500 dollar suite here to be cleaned and when I got my suite back it was filled with holes caused from heat. I thought the clothes were cleaned on site but they ship all the clothes to a warehouse where its all lumped together in 1000 pound loads. I had to call 3 times before I got a hold of a manger who had to ship my suite to the ware house so the owner could look at it. When I got called back the manger told me the holes were caused by moths and she said this type of thing happens all the time here. So I asked for the owners name and number. When I spoke with the owner Greg claimed he never said the holes were caused by moths in fact he said he didn't know what caused the holes but he knows with 150 percent certainty that he didn't cause them and he's been doing dry cleaning for a long time and never seen holes like that caused by dry cleaning. So I asked if they use heat because they look like heat holes. Greg said they do used steam but he could steam my suite on top heat all day and not cause holes. Then I asked if he cleans the clothes himself or does he have a staff. Greg doesn't clean the clothes he has a staff of probably undertrained people doing this work. Then he told me if he ruined my clothes he would know and take care of it but he didn't. So I cant stress enough don't go here unless you want your clothes ruined.

Just a moment...
