YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This night out had the potential to be pleasant and was wrecked by our trip to Savoy. All started out well with our party of 5 celebrating a couple occasions. Initially the service was alright, the atmosphere a bit pretentious but acceptable. I won't speak for those eating the other meals other than to say the reviews were mixed, however, I will speak to mine. I ordered the Beef Two Ways, a cube of filet and sliced brisket with mushrooms. The portion size was on the small end for the price but not terrible. The brisket was done quite well and actually very good, not so with the filet. The tiny (1.25"") cube of filet was cooked to the proper state and looked nice, albeit small, and when I took my fork to it there was a 1/2"" SLAB OF FAT all the way down the side of it! DISGUSTING! For a $35 plate this should be Excellent and it's not even close. Thouroughly dissappointed with my meal, I decided to step outside and have a smoke. Mind you, I'm the one picking up the tab for this evening. After 5 minutes outside having a smoke while waiting for another round of cocktails, I open the door only to have a ""security"" guy come running to stop me! I was then told in a very unpleasant tone that I wasn't allowed in the restaurant because my shoes don't meet thier dress code! It was fine an hour ago.....but now I am no longer an acceptable customer! I explained tersly that I was in the middle of my dinner already and was finally allowed to reenter. Upon be PERMITTED to return to my table I took a look around at some of the other guests...one gentleman dressed in a jogging suit and sneakers, another in designer jeans and chuck taylor sneakers. This sealed the deal for me. I purposly didn't make an issue at that moment as the night was to be celebrating events for two others in our party but i can tell you this: I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN! The food was mediocre, the service was slow and I nearly got thrown out before I paid the $250 bill!

5.Smallman Street Deli
1912 Murray Ave
One of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. I love their corned beef, french fries and matzo ball soup. I wish I could get to this place more often because I have never had a better sandwich anywhere in my life. If you're looking for something a tad different, try the Rachel sandwich. It's a Reuben but instead of kraut they use slaw. Prices are reasonable and great micro-brew selection in the cases.

We LOVE this place!! It's in a great location in reference to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. The people are great and the food & prices are awesome! We like the #5, two big pieces of yummy pizza and a big order of fries for around five bucks. You should definitely check it out!

My wife and I are photographers. We covered a wedding reception at the Wendell Inn on 11-12-11. After the toasts and speeches we went looking for a place to rest our gear and ourselves, as well as grab a bite to eat. I stopped Sue, who seemed as busy as a server could be at dinner hour, and asked if she knew where the vendors are set up to eat. She asked me to stay put, and that she set us up in the back. Within a couple of minutes the very busy Sue, led us to a table by the fireplace set for two w/ folded napkins, silverware and a pitcher of water w/ glasses. Sue told us to help ourselves to the buffet and asked if there was anything else we needed. \r As a long time member of the food service industry and a long time wedding photographer , who frequents catering halls weekly. I can appreciate good service from two different points of view. Sue went above and beyond the call of duty (by today's standards for sure) and made us feel welcome. \r I would also like to mention the quality of the food was very good, and the presentation was of the food was even better. Ches Anthony Catering does a fine job.\r Thank you Sue. :)

I found Myrna's by searching for caterers in Pittsburgh. I read some good reviews and decided to give it a try for my department holiday party. I made a great choice! Everyone in my office loved the food and I didn't hear any negatives. They were very responsive when ordering and even was on time with delivery. I will definitely use them again and will spread the word to other departments in my company. Thanks for a great meal!

My wife and I had our wedding at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden in Oakdale, PA and wisely chose Tallulah's as our caterer. Sean was a joy to work with - extremely professional and masterful but at the same time, he's a REAL person and will give it to you straight. No bs, no runarounds, just awesome food at a great price. We both enjoyed meeting them at their location in Etna for our tasting. Also, they do "family-style" wedding dinners which, in my opinion, is the BEST way to do it. Their mashed potatoes (made with cream apparently) are the best I've ever had in my 30 years on this planet. Do yourself a favor and book Tallulah's for your next big event! Also, they make an almond tort wedding cake that can EASILY rival Prantl's! Thanks again Sean and Michael for making the food at our wedding such a highlight!

I plan on making SBC my new ""standard"" catering service when planning corporate events. For about $160, I was able to feed just over 15 people, including drinks. The customer service on the phone and at the time of delivery is friendly and genuine. This caterer wants you to have a good meal! The summer special sandwich package I ordered was perfect for my group. The sandwiches were a perfect combination of ingredients that will satisfy the picky ""meat & potatos"" eater, as well as those of us with a bit more of a flair for gourmet ingredients. The mushrooms in the herbed/seasoned portabella pita were grilled, then chilled, to perfection - and with the marianated roasted red peppers, this pita was the star of the lunch!
