This office is always great and the office is always decorated. Great job. I wish the front desk would smile more. Nicole expedited our service because I was running late for my appt. She explained what was going to be done before anything was done. Nicole always keeps a smile on her face and always greeting. I thought she was the office manager at first lol.. so I asked and she said she was a ctl. P.s I still don't know those initials mean but I think it is great that she does it.

I love Kool Smiles in Pine Bluff. The service is wonderful and everyone explains the procedures so thoroughly. The doctors help me make the right decisions for my child. I love the hygienists, Mandy and Rebecca. They make it so fun for my kids and interact with them so well. The whole office seems to work smoothly. We never have any problems. I recommend Kool Smiles to all my friends and family.

I have been to my share of dental offices, Kool Smiles was recommended to me as I needed a tooth pulled quick, Shon at the front desk was so polite and inviting. Once I was called back my dental assistant Shay was the best, she immediately made me feel at ease, she became a friend in a short time! Plus Dr.Morehead was amazing, gentle, and very kind!

I was seen in a timely manner. Nicole explained to me the procedures that needed to be done because I was nervous. She took extra time in the room with the dentist making sure I was ok. I do plan on visiting Koolsmiles in pine bluff again and I will be telling my co-workers about this great office. Thanks Nicole and dr Wallace.

I've been here a couple of times with my girls and I can say that there's not a lot of places that betrays professsonalisn after 4p.m. From the time I walked in the door, Shawn was awesome and the dental assistants Shay, Ashea, and Mandy where honest, knowledgeable, and very patient with my children.

Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
