Rodeway Inn
There was no problem with the room. It was comfy, clean and I still love the soft sheets. The free pancakes were great. (WiFi does NOT work.)However...when we arrived we were told the room wasn't quite ready. Since we had arrived a little early I assured the clerk that it was fine. Mom and I would grab something to eat and wait on her call. FIVE hours later we got a call saying there was a problem with our room but one was available in the pool building. When I made the reservation I requested a room near the office(for safety reasons) and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After waiting all afternoon I was told there were no rooms in that building. I will give "Tony" credit. He worked his magic and got our room where we wanted. Now the main issue. As we were packing the car to go, we made one last walk thru of the room to make sure we had everything. The door was open and I didn't see my camera/case behind it.(Mind you, this is not a point and shoot was an expensive Pentax SLR) I called the front desk the same day and asked about the camera.(Living about 5 hours away, I could just run back over there.) I got Tony again. He said he'd look and call me back. When he called back he stated the camera wasn't in the room or lost and found. He said he would leave a note for the manager and someone would call me back. I waited most of the next day and I finally called. The young lady told me the manager had searched the room and it wasn't there, it wasn't in lost and found and they didn't know who had cleaned my room.(REALLY?) ...and she was really sorry. I asked her to please leave the manager a note to call me. (She never called and still hasn't almost a week later.)I am very aware it was my fault I left that camera and I should have been more careful, but someone at that establishment has my camera and I am afraid an "I'm sorry" just isn't good enough. The lack of concern about my missing property really disturbs me. This was our 4th or 5th stay here and it will be our last. I can not abide a thief nor any business that will employ one and let them get by with stealing someone elses property. I work hard for what I have and I hope the person that has my camera gets good use from it. Karma will call.

Music Road Inn
The Inn is a nice family hotel. Clean throughout and convenient to all the shows in Pigeon Forge. The city trolley stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is very filling, Recently we stayed for the kids to swim in the indoor pool and go to a show and they had added waffles to the menu. We like the bathroom configuration, as its semi-private, not just one open room. and the TWO sinks are wonderful. Stay couple of times a year and always great. Hint: when you stay- you can also visit the outdoor waterpark across the street at the Music Road Hotel on the resort.

Rodeway Inn
Every time we go to Pigeon Forge, we stay at Rodeway Inn. We have always been more than satisfied and our last trip was no different. Everything was clean and well maintained and the pancake breakfast was very tasty! The internet at Rodeway Inn was a little iffy, at times, but that wasn't a big deal. The employees are always very welcoming, helpful, and attentive and the location is perfect-- very close to all the area attractions. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Creekstone Inn
We stayed here while visiting my aunt and uncle on vacation. It's clean and a great location to anything you want to do; eat, shop, family activities, etc. The best part was that we could walk out the back door and see a campground on the other side of the creek. It was so peaceful, sitting on the patio, with our eyes closed, listening to the water. I would definitely recommend staying here or even camping across the creek, which I think we'll be doing in the near future.

Smoky Mountain Dream Vacations
The most beautiful luxury Smoky Mountain cabin I have ever seen. It had a hot tub, arcade game, pool table, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, fully stocked kitchen, a balcony, breathtaking view of the mountains and an indoor swimming pool. It was conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but secluded enough in the mountains to make us feel like we were miles from civilization. Best vacation ever.

Grand Resort Hotel & Convention Center
Cleanliness was poor. We have stayed there once a year for a few years because we kept giving them another chance, but they really need to work on being cleaner. Every time something is broken in our room, as well. Shower drain, phone, bathroom fan- it's always something. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Cabins of Pigeon Forge
I give the cabins 4 stars because of the beauty and amenities. They allowed us to check in early which was great. However, checkout of 10am is to early. We did not get enough toilet paper for a cabin that sleeps 10. Other than that, I'll be back again.
