Anthony Aquilante Gourmet
We used their catering for an outdoor October wedding that involved intricate set ups which were well managed. The buffet was good and delicious. Wedding coordination was weak and we encountered several annoyances where guests weren't informed about the cocktail hour, that dinner was being served or "let's toast" the newly weds with opened champagne bottles on each table or that specially ordered napkins were never used. At our initial meeting the engaged couple and their parents were promised bride/groom would walk up to each table and present fancy Italian wedding cookies to their guests. These "fancy" baked items looked like they should have been served to cub scouts. The Brach candies placed atop of bargain cookies on Aquilante's plastic plates made this look cheap. We were embarrassed and the plates stayed where his staff placed them. Make sure that you get his promises in writing.
