Bruce S Sand DR
Dr Sand is a very good doctor my opinion. He is thorough and caring. He treated me like I was important to him. BUT, I must warn you readers to beware of his office manager. This woman is very rude and abusive over the phone and even worse when dealing with her face to face. She literally yelled at me in front of other patients. I happened to be undergoing a very intense treatment. This treatment lowered my blood count down to 4, I did not feel I could drive that particular day so I had to call a friend to take me to my appointment. when I arrived I was feeling terrible with a ferver to boot. I was 5 minutes late. This He/Woman was screaming at me to the point she made me cry. I have never been treated like this crazy lady treated me that horrible day. I will never forget her mean ugly crazy face as she berated me in front of others. The other office staff were also mortified by the treatment I was receiving from this demented person, they whisked be away into a room where the nurse profusely apologized for the crazy lady's outburst. As I said, I was very ill that day and did not have the strength to defend myself. I never wanted to lay eyes on this witch ever again, but I was in the middle of a long treatment with my Doc. I have since finished this treatment but today needed to schedule a follow up appt. and who should I be lucky enough to have answer my call... The Crazy Woman. After another conversation with her again yelling at me I had to hang up, not before I stated my mind. This "office manager" has been mentioned on many other rating sites. I see why all the other staff that was there when I started going to Dr. Sand are no longer working there. What a piece of work this horrible person is. I don't know why she is not working a job better suited for her like maybe a drill sergeant, a prison guard in Russia or someone who can club baby seals for fur. I despise this woman and I'm not that kind of person. I am tolerant and kind, but this "office manager" can really bring out the worst in anybody.

Arizona Arthritis and Rheumatology
I feel truly blessed to have found this group. Having only recently been diagnosed with RA I came to my first appointment both apprehensive and uninformed. Dana Hoffman the assistant., did the initial interview. She was compassionate and patient. Then I met Dr. Saimia Chohan. The more she spoke the more my anxiety about my disease and my future subsided. She examined me, assured me that she could help me and took the time to explain what medication could do for me and reviewed all of the treatment options available. She listened to my questions and I never felt rushed. I felt that she respected me as a person and cared about my concerns. Blood tests and x-rays were ordered for further evaluation. She suggested a biologic medication. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover enough on the biologics for them to be affordable. The staff then went out of their way to find me an affordable treatment option. All of my contact with the staff has been favorable on the phone and in person. I am always treated pleasantly and courteously. My phone calls are returned and I feel that I matter as a patient to them. The office staff all seem to work together as a united team and it is a cheerful atmosphere. I've never waited more than a short time for an appointment and have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Cochan and the staff.

Radoff, Geoffrey P, MD
My family loves Dr Radoff! My mom & dad have been going to him for many, many years. Dr Radoff is the unique blend of being both an MD and a Homeopathic doctor. That means he knows intimately both traditional medicine as well as alternative treatments very well, so he can evaluate each patient's needs and treat them with the best tools available. He treats the whole person and he cares about what they are going through. He has been in practice for many years, so we trust his many years of experience. But he is never content with just that. He is constantly reading research studies, attending continuing educational seminars and seeking new, cutting edge therapies. He is kind, honest and very upfront with the patient & family about what he sees and what he thinks needs to be done. If you ask a question & he can't answer it immediately, he is honest enough to admit that he doesn't know everything there is to know about everything. But he also goes out & does his homework to find out the answer for you. I can personally recommend Dr Radoff very highly!

Bruce S Sand DR
I feel so incredibly fortunate that my PCP recommended Dr. Sand for my Gastroenterology related issues. After having been seen by several other GI doctors, Dr. Sand was the only one who immediately and correctly identified and treated my medical condition. I found Dr. Sand's expertise, professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness to be exceptional and exemplary. I can certainly appreciate why my PCP refers his GI patients to this amazing physician. I also found his wonderful staff to be very kind, caring, and accommodating throughout my relationship with the office. It is without reservation that I recommend Dr. Sand for your Gastroenterology health care and needs!

Swanson, Eli A, MD
My 6 year old son was in an accident and shattered his femur 6 months ago. Dr Swanson was at the hospital when they flew my son there. He did the surgery that night and put two rods inside his bone to hold it all together. That was the first route he wanted to go. He also had two back up procedures in case the rods didn't work out. He would come and check on my son each day to see how he was doing. He is very nice and communicates very well what he is going to do. He just took the rods out yesterday and my son is doing great I am so glad Dr Swanson was the one to fix my sons leg. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Swanson.

Radoff, Geoffrey P, MD
Dr. Radoff has found the root cause for many of my complaints or illnesses and been able to resolve them. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and will spend as much time with you as needed. He uses many homeopathic remedies, one of which got my blood pressure under control after years on medication. I no longer need meds for HBP. He also did some genetic tests that no doctor had ever suggested that pointed out some of my weak areas that we are now addressing. I feel time spent with doctors in the past was kind of a waste of time, he's done more in 8 months than they ever did

My husband and I have been going to Dr Radoff for more than 15 years! He has been our trusted primary care physician. Dr Radoff is an excellent and dedicated doctor and we trust him implicitly. He is both a traditional medicine family doctor and a Homeopathic doctor and he is very knowledgeable in both realms so he can recommend the best treatment for the issue. Both he & his staff are kind and professional.

Betty Hinderks Davis, MD
Dr. Davis and staff were very friendly and great. I did not wait in the waiting room for long at all, and. They offered me coffee and water. When I was brought back to my room, the Medical assistants were very nice and explained everything in detail with me, once Dr. Davis came into the room, she was very informative and extremely friendly. I will certainly be returning to this Dermatologist.

Prucz, Roni B
Dr. Prucz is an excellent plastic surgeon! I had an accident where I fell on my face on my kitchen floor. I sustained a very large cut on my forehead. Dr. Prucz did such fine work that you can barley see where he had to stitch me up. This happened only 3 months ago , i am sure in time the scar will not show at all. Dr. Prucz is EXCELLENT at what he does, I highly recommend him!!
Tips & Advices
Lupus is similar to rheumatoid arthritis in that it is caused by the immune system attacking healthy tissues. But lupus is distinguished by its much broader pattern of symptoms that can affect multiple organs. Lupus presents in so many different ways that it is often mistaken for other diseases. It is thought to be triggered by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, but is not contagious. There is no known cure for lupus, but it can be managed through a combination of drugs and dietary changes.
Tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon, which are the tissues that connect muscles to bone. This can be acute or chronic in nature and often results from overuse, and is one of the most common injuries seen in athletes. Tendonitis often resolves on its own after rest and over-the-counter pain medication, but severe or frequent occurrence might require physical therapy, orthotics and lifestyle modifications.
Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by chronic pain and discomfort throughout the body, as well as a heightened sensitivity to pain. There are many other conditions that may cause these symptoms, but fibromyalgia is unique in that the symptoms have no apparent physical cause. Fibromyalgia is frequently seen in people who also suffer from depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder. Treatments might involve treating these primary conditions, taking medications, or certain lifestyle changes.
Osteoporosis describes the tendency for bones to become increasingly weak with age in some people. This weakness increases the chance of suffering a fracture, and may also cause chronic pain and immobility. People of European or Asian descent are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis, as are women. Osteoporosis is difficult to treat once it is diagnosed, but it can be prevented by eating a healthy diet and taking certain dietary supplements for those who are at greater risk.
Rheumatoid arthritis is where  the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks joint tissue. As a result, joints become swollen and increasingly painful, making movement difficult or impossible. It is not known what exactly causes rheumatoid arthritis, but it is believed to be related to both genetic and environmental factors. Treatment involves special medications as well as surgery.
