I had problems with orders from another grooming supply company so I started ordering from Ryan's instead. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of everything has been great.

DO NOT ORDER A PAW BROTHERS TUB unless you have an additional $100 - $150 to spend on nozzles per year. They won't sell you just the nozzle, you have to buy the whole kit, which includes the hose. I now have 3 hoses that I cannot use, all purchased within 1 year. The nozzles are cheaply made. And, they won't answer the e-mail I sent to them asking if I could just buy a nozzle. They are the only ones who sell these tubs so you are stuck if you purchase one.

worst customer service i have ever had. The people that work there are absolutely terrible and careless to my needs and questions. Buy off of petedge they are much better

Love Ryan's, wish they had more what you wanted at times! If they don't have it, they don't send it, and then you have to order again. Please try to get more of the popular items.

Not only did it take a month for an estimate but the blower that was given back was not the one I brought there. I had an ID ON IT. SO NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Made an order on the 22nd of June have been told today 1st of July that the order has been shipped this morning, completely mind blowing that they say that they had to wait for the payment to clear when the purchases were paid for with a debit card which clears immediately, they told me that this only happens with the first purchase I highly doubt I will be asking for a second order, when I asked for solutions when they told me that it would take 6 to 8 more days for the order to get here they told me that they could cancel the order that is the only solution given to me.... worst business sense I ever encountered.
