We get water there all the time and it tastes great! The service is always great. They help me put those large 5 gallon bottles into my truck if I need it.

Lion's Den Plumbing LLC
Only good thing I can say about these guys is that they were on time. I was really looking forward to getting a serious issue corrected in my home, but I made the mistake of letting the home warranty company refer me to Lion's Den Plumbing.ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY.PLEASE read the reviews before letting your Home Warranty send these guys. Alex was arrogant and unprofessional. When he came in, Alex asked to be walked through the problems but then took a phone call just a few minutes in leaving me standing in the bathroom trying to explain things to his assistant only to come back and make me explain it all over again. After "inspecting" the water heater for 30 seconds, immediately said it's fine, and was unwilling to do anything further to diagnose. No supplies, no information on the home prior to the visit. Had nothing to say about the water seeping from the Gate Valve... just, it's fine. Yes, I've had 2 other companies look at it before Alex glanced at it and both said the same thing , that it needed to be replaced with write-ups to show, but unfortunately competence is not a requirement for the home warranty company. Didn't even turn on the water to see if it would get hot.... IT WON'T! After Alex told me he was going to step outside to get his snake to clear the kitchen sinks' drain, he literally got in his truck and LEFT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???I called Jode, the owner, and he advised me that "he didn't need to explain his plumbers actions "and "They knew how to do their jobs" and "didn't need to answer any questions that we may have". Excuse me, You're in MY HOME, not the other way around. If I have questions, I expect answers, not condescending remarks from ownership. Obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree with ownership like this. What a joke!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Water 'N Ice
Hours 9am to 7pm. Called them at 6pm on Friday and they were closed. When I went back the next day to get water... the person there had no idea why... but their water tasted fishy anyway and never went back.

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
  • Don't use your toilet or kitchen sink like a trash can by stuffing hard to flush material down the drain or pouring fats and oils down the pipe.
  • Throw coffee grounds and eggshells in the garbage instead of in your sink.
  • Only use your toilet to flush human waste and toilet paper
  • Before calling a plumber, try to unclog your drains and toilets yourself by using a plunger.
  • Make sure you use a standard bell-shaped plunger for your sink and shower drains and a plunger with a flanged end for your toilets.
  • If neither type can loosen the pipe blockage, put a plumber's snake to use.
  • Ratchet the snake down the pipe to eliminate any clogs.
  • Be mindful of how much water you use in your bathroom, kitchen and even outdoors when watering your lawn.
  • Make sure your toilet handle works properly and doesn't stick.
  • Replace old shower heads with more efficient low-flow options that can cut down on the gallons of water you use each morning.
  • Turning off the water while you brush your teeth
  • Only running your dishwasher or clothes washer when you have a full load.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
