I have been a loyal customer to this location for years. I had a large mailbox and moved to a the smallest mailbox available and always kept current with their RIP OFF prices. They made more than enough money off me in the several years I was with them. But I moved out of state and needed to close out my account. Trouble is Patrick the owner/manager is now holding my mail ransom. Since the account was late. I need to pay $55 for two months and a late fee to get my mail. "It's like rent, you don't pay rent, you don't get to stay," he says. I was surprised at this hardline change of attitude. Everything was fine and well when I was shelling out ridiculous amounts of cash for an overpriced mailbox, but when I need to close my account, pick up my mail, everything is different. Not, hey thanks for being a loyal customer for years, we understand, here's your mail. Good luck on your move. Nope, it's pay or screw you. My mail is definitely not worth $55. I'll deal with the inconvenience of notifying the senders. So you decide for yourself, but I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!

Targit Moving was hired to move the company I work for to our new location. Within the first hour of Targit being at our facility my new Samsung Galaxy III phone went missing. All of our employees starting looking for it but we had no luck. I had a bad feeling right away that one of the movers took it because I had it by my other stuff and all that was still there but not my phone. In any event, everyone had just thought it was accidentally picked up and put in a box. I got home that night and called Targit and told them I tracked my phone and saw it at their location....they did search for it but they told me they could not find it. The next morning they found my phone on their truck and it was stripped of it's battery, sim card and my $40 custom case....so I can only assume that one the movers took it and when they found out it was being tracked even with the battery and sim card out they got scared and ditched the phone. We also found out that morning that one of the movers did not show up in the morning.....Big surprise since he was probably the one who took my phone!!!. Targit Moving refused to replace the battery, sim card and my phone case that one of their employees stole from me and since they were already paid in full my boss had no recourse! So now I'm out $120.00 for a new battery, sim card and case and Targit won't take responsibility. So, the only thing I can do is warn anyone who is thinking about hiring this company.....They hire thief's then do not take responsibility!!!!
