Phoenix Manor
I lived at Phoenix Manor for 7 years. Th manager was very high pressured. Evey time I paid the rent after the 5th of the month, I recieived an eviction notice, that if rent wasn't paid in 10 days, I'd be evicted, even fter paying the $10.00 late charge.God forbid if they inspect your apartment for bed bugs..They bring in specialy trained dogs to, sniff for bed bugs, and if they find any they make you throw out any clutter that might harbor bed bugs. Then they fumigate the apartment, and bring the dog back in. If any re found after fumigation. YOU ARE EVICTED. Also the prtments are very warm in the summer. They have evaporation cooling [swamp cooling] which doesn't remove humidity from the apartment. It isn't true conditioning.. There are plenty of modern partments, in the same price range, with wsher/dryers in apt. dishwasher, and built in microwave, and real ir conditioning for similair rent pricing. Please look at them. I do not recommend Phoenix Manor to anyone. annonomys

La Terraza Apt Homes
Too hot to live in. Bed bugs in every apt. Laundry not very convenient to load pay cards and locked at night. Good location. Clean grounds. Management does not care if cooler don't cool. Counters and appliances old run down missing parts or chipped and sticky from being repainted repeatedly. Air filters never changed. Bed bug furniture sits at dumpster for weeks.

This complex is awful!!!! People getting shot, homeless people living under my stairwell, I call for maintenance to clean shopping carts, trash, chairs, scooters from under the stairwell constantly ... when I call and make maintenance requests I'm told they are putting it in the system but when I call back days later I'm told that the work order was never put in. Mellissa, Bryan, and Julia have some of the worst customer service skills, they work in resident services and the sales office. I was just blatantly told by Bryan in the sales office that he is gonna just put a note of it in my lease file and refused to put in a standing order to have maintenace just check that area to keep it clean. I can't wait till my lease is up. Please look elsewhere this is not a safe apartment complex and the staff doesn't care

This is tweeker heaven! Normal, hard working or limited income people are moving out at record rates because the owner came in and raised the rent higher than any other complex (much nicer ones I might add); there’s dog feces all over, no one cleans it up, and everyone has dogs. They have no place to sit in the common area, because they took the benches out, there is only 1 maintenance man, no office manager (big mistake letting her leave, at least she was trying to make the place better). The owners live in Canada and all they want is more money and don’t want to fix anything. From what I saw, all they care about is the sprinklers…there’s a criminal element here, drugs and stolen property, but no one does anything about it. My car was broken into twice. They have "cameras" but apparently they are pointed at the dumpsters because they are more concerned about people throwing furniture out than they are about their tenants. No security. Tweekers walk around late at night taking things off people's patios. Also, lots of kids, some very destructive and disrespectful, parents let them run wild, and they've destroyed property too. Mgmt doesn't do anything when told. Seems they will take anyone in that can afford their ridiculously high rents - and those people usually bring in others (unknown to the office). I don't believe they do background checks because there are plenty of criminals here. It’ trashy looking; they went cheap fixing the parking lot and there are more potholes than ever before; the apartments are OLD and run down. The owners do nothing to make it better. I moved from here and got a 2 bed, 2 bath, walk in closets, washer/dryer in my unit, wood flooring, granite counter tops, patio, and clean…no cockroaches or bedbugs for 700/mo. It’s beautiful. They want over 787.00 a month for a 1 bedroom that’s not been updated from the 1970s. But if you move here, maybe the cockroaches and bedbugs will help pay the rent. There are plenty of those too. Take my advice, run from this place, it’s a slum.

Sage Luxury Apartment Homes
The staff here at Sage has made my experience absolutely wonderful. The upkeep of the property is always attended to. Overall I'm very pleased with my decision to choose Sage four years ago. If your looking to make Sage your next home, you won't regret it. Thank you to the Office staff-- Jami, Amber, Daniel, Frank and Staphanie!

1. Parking spaces are very tight2. Parking for your guests are VERY limited (as in their are no parking spaces for your guests).3. If you have children, their are NO places for them to play unless they play in the street4. STAFF: they act nice when you sign the lease but after the fact they are very rude and disrespectful.5. The hall ways are full of insects from lack of pest control6. Work orders take WAY-TO-Long to be completed7. If you want a fan in your place, be prepared to pay for it, the complex DOES NOT provide them.If you are planning on moving in the area, I suggest you check out Belara or San Norterra.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR HERE!!! Management sucks both the management company and the receptionist. The lady in the office is never there and they don't inform their tenants of important information. My car almost got towed because I didn't have a parking permit after living there for 7 months because she never informed me I needed one, even though I go in and personally pay rent every month! It took them three months to fix a leak in my roof! She said I wasn't being corporative because I was never home when she needed to get in, yet I was never informed that she needed to get in on those days or I would have made arrangements! My car window got broke because of unsupervised children playing around the cars all the time. My door is always locked due to the community members. I have never done laundry in the facility because it is dirty and locked. I have tried numerous times to get out of my lease, because it says I can in my lease, and she manager won't let me leave until my time is up without paying her rent for my remaining time even though that's not the agreement in the lease. Currently here for another few months but moving the moment I can!!! DON'T MOVE IN HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

if you like roaches, cockroaches, gnats, fire ants, lukewarm water (or no water!), gunshots, and super creepy neighbors, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest you RUN!!

Daybreak Place Apartments
My advice...RUN!!!! Run the review above a negative star if one were available would be fair. ROACHES. My apartments treated including fumigating 6 times while I lived there. Unclean laundry rooms, pool gates that don't self lock...I have a reality gallery of Daybreak Place.

Just a moment...
