My name is Yolanda Darling, I made a purchase on line once my purchase was made shortly afterwards I received a phone call. it was a guy he said "is Jason available, I said this is Yolanda, can I help you with something" (thinking that he is calling for my husband) no it was a guy from Aaron's asking me when did I want the product delivered. while we were talking about that I ask him about a 3 month plan, he said "actually we have a 4 month plan," I said that is even better. my last payment was 2-22-2017 after opening the account up 10-16-16. I call them to day to find out when my letter would be sent to me, the lady at the front office stated that I have another 3 months, I was floored, I told her I do not I went over the conversation with the guy and everything. she can't make the decisions she is just an asst manager her name was Carmen she was no help at all. she wanted to push me off on the branch manager that is not even in the office at this time Ari Martinez. my whole family order from Aaron's but after today I will personally call each individual in my family and let them know not to buy nothing else from Aaron's they want to rob the customer. I will get me an attorney and fight this to the very end. I will not give them another dime.

Dealing with this place has been a nightmare. I ordered furniture online to be delivered. They say 5-7 days to have it delivered. On the sixth day I figured I would be getting a phone call to set up delivery since 7 th day was tomorrow. I sent an email to corperate and I did receive a call back to set delivery and left a voicemail. I received another call from Linda and called her right back and she told me that the furniture had been there but they had the wrong number on file and no way to contact me. Huh??? You called twice! I reminded her I was returning a call and she said "huh" . Things just continued to go down hill. I had cancelled my order and still have not 'recieved my 'refund 3 weeks later. They are in bad shape if they need to resort to stealing

Employees seem nice until you miss a payment. They go directly to your house and harras you with words as to why you aren't able to make a payment. I've had this incident happen multiple times. Last payment I made I was told I have 5 payments left with them, went back today to be down to 4 payments and they tell me once again I'm at 5 payments left! How does that happen? Unfortunately I didn't have last payments receipt to prove against this. Lesson learned, keeping receipts from now on. Once I pay them off goodbye Aarons for good! Never buying here again and will make sure to spread the word.
