My wife and our daughter went to get their nails (manicure/pedicure) my daughter had told the lady the length she wanted; nail tech cut them shorter than she wanted and when my daughter informed her the Tech just brushed it off ; instead of redoing them since she hadn't done anything else yet. My daughter has a very innocent heart so she didn't give any push back. When my wife went to sit by her she noticed the length. My daughter explained that she let the tech know, but the tech just let it go. I notice from in the car everyone watching this argument between Conner (the owner), 2 lady nail techs & my wife/daughter. He repeatedly accused my daughter "lacking communication skills".. without asking for refunds or being rude & unprofessional like Conner My family walks outside to let me know what's going on. Over all, this time the customer was not in the wrong. Conner should have never had a shouting match with my wife and daughter. We were never rude and 2 other clients agreed that he was extremely rude prior to me walking in. They had already paid at this point. When I asked what he thinks would be the best solution, He offered $5 for the inconvenience towards our next appointment, PATHETIC! From one business owner to another, everyone has bad days, but you would never catch me arguing and pointing blame at a young girl and her mother. Especially being a male, I would never want some lady and her daughter feeling intimidated. Sorry for my rant but this really pissed me off.
Easily the worst nail experience of my life. From being rushed to pick out a color (i literally got there, picked up the swatches and the guy yanked them from my hands and told me to go sit) to being physically hurt. When I sat down, his station was dirty and the towel he had me rest on was covered in nail clippings and polish from a previous client. I always get gel color, which I realize has to be removed with acetone. I have very dry hands, and when he went to remove the color, he wrapped them then forcefully pulled my hands upwards, causing acetone to run heavily all over my hands, just to give me a massage which I've never received during the removal of gel. After, he aggressively scraped off the remainder, so tough that it hurt. When he went to remove cuticle, he ripped and tore which was incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked him to cut them short, he told me it would look very bad, despite the fact I have to keep them short for work, then proceeded to call me a name. He sped through every step like it was a race. Painting took less than 15 seconds per hand. When it came time to wipe them with acetone, he did it so hard he made me bleed. I'm never going back again.
