Dr. Thomas G. Kotoske
How do you put into a few short lines what a doctor has been towards you? Dr. K has listened to me and gave me some of the best advice towards the look I've been looking for & has performed many miracles for me. I trust Dr. K completely with my life, and any judgement calls that he feel he needs to make. I recommend him to anybody looking for the BEST plastic surgeon in Phoenix. My only regret is that I didn't find him before I became a "frequent flyer".. so to speak. Anybody would be VERY, VERY pleased.. oh yes.. the icing on the cake is the wonderful gals that he has working for him to make sure the office runs smoohtly. The absolute BEST!!!

Copper King Electric
The lights and microwave in our kitchen were not working, so we called Copper King Electric since they came highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Cory was able to be at our house the day we called and found that we had a loose wire causing the problems. He was able to repair the wire quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised that Copper King's rates were very reasonable and less than other electrical companies we have used in the past. We highly recommend Copper King Electric and will be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future.

Dougs Electrical Services
Stop. Look no further. Doug is the guy you want.I replaced a blown breaker only to find the main breaker would not re-engage......on a Saturday mid-morning. After phone a couple of other electricians (one who wanted $180 for just the service call), I happened on Doug's listing. He arrived when he said he would and found there was really no problem - I hadn't pushed the break hard enough (I should have known better than to try this myself!). Doug didn't want to charge me anything but I insisted on giving him cash. GREAT guy. Thank you Doug.

Econolight
From the initial phone call through the completion of the work needed, this firm was outstanding to work with. They responded very quickly to my phone call, dispatched an electrician to my job rapidly and were most pleasant to deal with. All of the people were personable and the pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I would not hesitate in the least to call Econolight for any future electrical needs that arise.

Dr. Thomas G. Kotoske
Dr. Kotoske and staff were great to work with, especially since I live 2,000 miles away in Chicago:) It was well worth traveling to have my surgery performed by him. My results are perfect and even the other RNs + MDs at the hospital I work at agree with me. Will be coming back to him for other cosmetic surgery at a later date, Highly recommend =)

Dr. Thomas G. Kotoske
This experience has been an amazing transformation for my son. He is typically a shy kid, but has shown much more confidence since the surgery. He has stopped wearing baggy clothes and has taken much more notice and care of his appearance. We would definitely recommend Dr. Kotoske! He is wonderful and truly changed my Son's life for the better!

Doctors Express
I had to take my girlfriend to doctors express because of some bleeding from her ear. Upon arrival the medical assistants greeted us and were very friendly and polite. They made light of the situation and the doctor was great as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future, and I trust you guys that you will give me the same quality.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
