This particular physician was recommended by a friend, I took my daughter to see him one time I will never take her to see him again! He was extremely unprofessional and that he did not listen to any questions that I asked I kept getting put off saying we had to wait to get the labs back, Labs came in, I came back in for another visit, questions were begged off to another physician he never answered my questions. Then I called the office left a few messages for his medical assistant to return my call he couldn't help me so he advised me that the doctor would call me back when he called me back once again I was met with extreme disappointment at how he addressed my concerns and never once offered me an explanation on the questions I had regarding my child's health. He referred her to another doctor comma and the phone call was over. I would never ever recommend this physician to any other parent!

ILL NEVER RECOMNED THIS TO ANYONE. The doctors are great but the reception staff is beyond rude. Especially the Melissa McCarthy looking one, she should be fired. She was extremely rude to me for no reason. #Fat&Depressed

I'm still not sure this guy is really a doctor, let alone a pediatrician. The office was really hard to find first of all...then the staff was just so disinterested, the phone was ringing the whole time we were in the waiting room, they just talked over it. The waiting room...dirty walls, dirty torn carpet. No pictures or toys for kids. Small and dark.Dr Jordan...didn't acknowledge us for about 2 minutes. He was rude, very dismissive, sarcastic, almost mean. I had to ask him if he really was the Dr. We were in there 15 minutes before he rushed us out. His conclusion? I was making it up that my son was autistic. My son went through extensive, days long evaluation elsewhere before he was diagnosed. We are new to the area so we needed a new Dr. My son "seems just fine" to him. But, he said, he would just agree with me and write in his report that it was autism just for insurance purposes. He said a lot of shocking, horrible things. Of course we are never going back.

Horrible pediatrician ooh my my daughter had a temperature of 104 and a infection for 3 weeks and all he said she's teething . Just to give her Tylenol. I know it was more than that because it didn't go away, so I took her to the emergency room. All the doctor s wete shocked that nothing was done she had a horrible infection and was dehydrated. I'm so angry please take ur child somewhere else he's careless. Also check his ear tool it's so dirty . Very unsanitary.

After almost 15 years using this accountant, we have fired him. We submitted all our information for taxes yet for a month he ignored our emails and phone calls. Finally he calls to tell us that we owed 3x the amount of taxes as last year - and our income did not jump that substantially. He could not/would not explain why nor why the estimates HE had told us to pay throughout the year were too low. Then he tells us we owed him $550 for his "services". When we went to pick up the returns, he continued to be rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Whatever happened we haven't a clue but if this is how he treats long-term clients, then beware and find yourself someone else. We will NEVER refer anyone to him.

I DO NOT recommend any one taking their child to this office. I have never once left this facility happy. I am upset that I even went back as many times as I did. In all the times Ive been there Ive never seen the same Doctor twice. I never recognize ANY of the nurses, and no one ever seems to know what they are doing. The ladies at the front desk are rude and it is impossible to get them to follow up with anything. My 3 yr old had a fever of 102 and was prescribed antibiotics and motrin. The doctor and the lady at the desk both told me they would be calling the prescriptions in, four hours later I went to the pharmacy and they hadn't even attempted to call it in. That is not the first time they have done that but it is the last. I have never been seen on my scheduled app. on time.

doctors are always friendly but lately the doctor always dismisses whatever illness I have as allergies. I have had bronchitis in the past so I know what it feels like, I have it again and when I visited the doctor she told me that it was only an ear infection and effects from my allergies which is ridiculous. She didn't ask me for all my symptoms and just assumed before properly having a conversation about what I was feeling exactly. Very disappointed in the service

I'm currently looking for a new pediatrician for my three little ones, six, five and one. The lack of concern and compassion this office has towards children is mind blowing. Office staff hacking in my face when I take my sick child in, then the doctor doesn't even read our chart, she tells me to give benadryl for a bite and doesn't even address the 102.5 fever. Its like rolling the dice when we walk in. Will we leave with additional infections, missed diagnosis, impatient nurses. Not sure if this place is supposed to have a rotating door there are so many new faces all the time. Its amazing this is a children's service in the US in 2014. Disgusted!

I'm so furious and disqusted with the way this place is being ran. I gave this place a chance for the second time and it proved to be a failure again. Their scheduling is inefficient. The explanation of whaty daughter had was less then what Google told me about it. I waited for an hour and a half both times to even be seen. The only toy for the kids to play with in the waiting room is dirty like its never been cleaned and the receptionist are clueless. I wanted to like this place. Unfortunately they get an F from me.
Tips & Advices
A child should see his or her pediatrician frequently during the first few years. Once the child reaches age 3, parents should schedule a doctor's visit at least once per year. Before that, however, the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests parents arrange visits according to the following schedule:
  • 2 to 5 days old
  • 1 month old
  • 4 months old
  • 6 months old
  • 9 months old
  • 12 months old
  • 15 months old
  • 24 months old (2 years)
  • 30 months old (2.5 years)
No, parents should call 911, an emergency physician, or a pediatric emergency physician if a child suffers an acute illness or injuries. Doctors in these fields are more qualified than pediatricians to handle emergency situations.
A well-visit is a routine visit with a pediatrician to track a child's development, discuss medical or emotional concerns, and receive immunizations and medical advice.
Yes, pediatricians provide immunizations for infants and children up through 21 years.
No, pediatricians do not have to be board certified. They're only required to have a state license. However, certification indicates a dedication to studying pediatrics beyond the requirements.
