I went to visit Grandpa in law at 8pm (live out of town). IT WAS CLOSED-NOT 24hrs MISLEADING YP INFO
Funeral home sat on the document I faxed over for 2 weeks. This was to be handled immediately to obtain a death certificate from Vital Records. So the 2 weeks it sat there plus the 2 weeks it takes to get the certificate is a LONG time to wait to bury your loved one. A phone call was eventually made to our Governor, Doug Ducey to see if the funeral home is in need of better management and more staff. In my opinion, they shouldn't be in business if they can't be on their "A" game. The death of your loved one is bad enough, then deal with an incompetent funeral home with people who don't care, put you on hold and give you the run-around. They don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give.
Not the best in the industry. My family has used their services on several occasions and the results have been below par, needless to say we will not be using their services ever again. Universal Memorial would probably be a better place if you want good work done on your loved one where at least there is some resemblance. My sister looked nothing like herself....nothing! I'm urging friends as well to seek services elsewhere if you prefer a quality outcome.
I cannot thank Bryan enough for the excellent services we received through Samaritan Funeral Home. Ours was a trying case that just could not seem to go as should, to no fault of Samaritan or Bryan. Fortunately, the patience, kindness, understanding, and just downright outstanding customer service we received made this tough time easier. We will definitely use Samaritan in the future.
Edward Lopez was such a pleasure to work with at such an uncomfortable time. He returned calls promptly & patiently walked us through the process. Thanks, Eddie!
