To Tresor V. I was completely shocked when I received your letter terminating my representation. Never once did you say anything to me about not being satisfied. Prior to receiving your letter you called every day for more than a week leaving messages daily which I returned daily within a few hours. These calls were repetitively about issues concerning your doctor and their review of some imaging. I provided suggestions and listened patiently for extended periods of time every day because of your doctor’s lack of response. Now here’s the shocking part. Each day your last comment to me was, “Thank you. I always feel better when I talk with you.” I only ever received one single page of documentation from you which was a copy of an assistive device receipt. Doctors don’t keep copies in their files. In your letter you asked me not to contact you so I was unable to discuss the abrupt change in your attitude and mood. What part of my job didn’t I do? I return calls the same day during working days and spent considerable time with each call. I had my associate, who has 28 years working for the Social Security Administration, assist you over the phone filling out all the Social Security forms. Additionally, I facilitate all interaction with Social Security on your behalf, to name a few. Our last phone call ended with your same indication of thank you. I have never said an unkind word to you. I am entitled to be paid for the time I spent on your case. This is a business and you expected me to spend hours of work on your case without being paid. I doubt if the shoe was on the other foot you would feel the way you do. I do have other clients and if they all took 30 minutes each per day I would never be able to get to everyone. I do wish you well as I always have. • To the general public, I feel it is important that you look at this person’s profile and you will see that this individual habitually writes negative reviews and you may conclude for yourself if this review should enter into your decision.

Phoenix Disability Lawyer: Joel F Friedman PLLC The genesis of my approach took place nearly 30 years ago in my third year of law school. I was introduced to Social Security laws by working with the Department of Health and Human Services to defend decisions to deny claims. I realized firsthand the unfairness of the situation and difficulty for claimants, and the impact that these decisions were making. It was then that I decided to devote all my energies exclusively toward addressing the needs of claimants, rather than those of the government and insurance companies. Since then, I've cultivated a committed approach based on a comprehensive understanding of the law combined with a personal approach to working with clients. Unlike certain large and regional firms that may or may not specialize in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability and ERISA long-term disability claims, I've practiced exclusively in these areas of the law in Phoenix, Arizona, for almost three decades and work individually with every client. I derive great satisfaction from refining my understanding of these law areas and working individually with people. My Education Didn't Stop With Law School: When it comes to legal and medical understanding, I know the importance of comprehensive knowledge on the subject and have conducted all my own research when I've presented my papers on neurophysiology, brain trauma and psychometrics at regional and national conventions on injury. It is this combination of curiosity and dedication to practice as an attorney that is the bedrock of my legal approach. It has aided me in my goal of providing the best representation for clients filing one or any combination of claims in different practice domains. It is this same empathic approach that has spilled over to all elements of my life. I volunteer my legal knowledge with nonprofit organizations and at my office located conveniently off of I-10 near the Roosevelt Row Art District I take pride in interacting and helping make my community a vital place. For Spanish speaking clients, I have interpreters with whom I work. If you have questions or concerns about a claim, you owe it to yourself to investigate all possibilities with experienced representation. Call or e-mail me to schedule a free consultation.

Are you considering applying for Social Security disability benefits? Have you been turned down by Social Security? Are you going to a hearing during the appeals process? Do you need to appeal a final Social Security decision to the federal courts? Since 1979, the attorneys of Caldwell & Ober have successfully represented more than 15,000 Social Security disability claimants. This valuable experience backed by the largest support staff of any firm of this type in Arizona, provides the best representation you will find in the state. Depending on your circumstances you may qualify for either Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). These are the major differences in the two programs: Social Security Disability (DIB): If you suffer a disability and can no longer work, you may qualify for this benefit if you have worked a number of years and paid sufficient FICA taxes into the government trust account. You were required to pay taxes into the Social Security system, so you are filing for a benefit on a program you have already paid into. However, even though people have worked their whole lives and faithfully paid Social Security taxes, the government rejects many claims of people who deserve disability benefits. Supplemental Security Income (SSI): If you or a disabled family member have not paid enough into the Social Security system to qualify for benefits under the DIB program, you may still be able to receive SSI. The agency will consider your income status and review the resources available to you in determining qualification. Examples include a stay-at-home parent who has worked intermittently or a young person who worked little or not at all before suffering the disability. Mark Caldwell and Edward Ober have more than 50-years of litigation experience. What's more the accomplished support staff represents several decades of legal skill. We understand that the decision to apply for Social Security Disability benefits is difficult; no one ever wants to apply for benefits. In all of our experience, we have never had a client who was excited about applying or having to admit that their condition was severe enough that it prevented them from working. You’re not alone in feeling this way. Countless hardworking Americans are in your same shoes. The Social Security Disability program was created to help people like you to get the financial and medical assistance that they need until their condition improves to the point that they can work again. The Social Security Administration has numerous programs to help those on disability to get back to work, but before that can happen, you need to focus on getting better. Let us help you get to a better place. Our attorneys and professionals have helped thousands of disabled Americans to get the disability benefits they need. We'll help take the pain out of the disability process. We’ll file your claim, deal with Social Security and work with your doctors all in an effort to get you approved for disability benefits. At Alliance Disability, our years of experience have taught us that the relationship between attorney and client matters. An alliance between you and disability professionals makes all the difference in your claim for disability benefits. At some law firms, you're just a number, but at Alliance we work closely, side by side with our clients to ensure that they get the benefits they need.
