I have been taking my little ones to Dr. Bracken for as long as he has been there. Close to twenty or more years. I would never think of going anywhere else. He is the best vet there ever was....so compassionate, so thoughtful and such a great Doctor. He is good with my little family. They are comfortable with him. I used to live close by but have since moved 25 miles away and still drive down to his office. He and his staff rate the highest score there is for being the best. Beverlee Judd.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Yocham for over 10 years and I absolutely love him and his staff. In these years he has performed surgery's, stitches for lacerations, general check ups, vaccinations, allergy treatments, and anything else it takes to keep my pups healthy. I find it disturbing when I see people write how he is ""rough"" and ""traumatized the dog"" REALLY? people need to realize Dr. Yocham is a professional vet, not a professional pamper-er. If you want your pets treated like infants then take them to a pediatrician. Dr. Yocham tells is like it is, and goes above and beyond to give good quality care for all animals. His prices are great and his staff know what they are doing also. I really appreciate them being so tolerate with my dogs. Especially because one of them is a big crybaby and they have to hear him whine during his entire visit. :-) I highly recommend South Side Animal Hospital for great service and awesome care for your pets. Sincerely, Rachelle, Rapido, Taco and the rest of the Family.

I have been with this clinic for several years, and they have been fantastic. They are always willing to help, very kind and nothing is ever too much. They return calls very quickly. I have 2 special needs dogs - who love to go there, without any fear. Their prices are very reasonable and that is very important to us as we have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Thank you, Ingrid & Klaus

Central Phoenix Animal Hosp. has been my vet for many years and several of my neighbors also have gone there for years. I have three german shepherds and never consider taking them anywhere else. Not only did Dr. Ruiz save my german shepherds life, she diagnosed a problem that a ""specialist"" missed ,, saving me alot of worry and money. They are all about the animals they care for and thats what matters to me.

We have been using Palm Glen for the past five years and have been very pleased with each visit. Both doctors and supporting staff are very caring and professional at all times.\r Our two Bostons and two Rotties have always been treated with respect for all types of services, including breeding, tail docking, minor surgeries, routine visits and immunizations, and emergency services.\r The clinic is very clean and the evening and Saturday hours have allowed our family to have visits that work around our work day.\r As with any service or physician you get what you pay for! This is not a discount clinic, but the exta dollars are worth the peace of mind I have knowing that my furkids are being treated by the best of doctors and staff.

My family and I have used this facility since 1974. Fortunately, the doctors who took over from the retiring vets are just as, if not more, educated, experienced, compassionate and competent in their fields. I speak specifically of Dr. Amy J.Cromer, DVM. My family and I have turned to her from everything from simple vaccine shots, diagnosis of disease, major surgery and the unfortunate reality of euthanization. I recently started to take my Moluccan Cockatoo to her for check ups and simple procedures and I could not be more pleased with the care she took of my bird. A great avian vet is hard to come by and I trust her implicitly. Dr. Cromer's support staff has always been friendly, compassionate, and reliable.

I have been meaning to post a review about this vet----about a month ago I took our dog Hunny B, in for her shots and general check up---I was in the market for a new vet closer to my home--and used Kudzu to find it---when I called the office---the staff was SO friendly and welcoming and they got us on the books immediately---when the day of the appointment came--Hunny B. (our 2 year old Pit/Shar Pei) was of course going nuts when we walked in the door---the smells of all those other dogs probably consumed her! I started having anxiety because she kept barking and making all kinds of noise and the staff was just not even bothered by it and in fact thought she was really cute! They even had a basket on one of the tables in the waiting area that was filled with dog/cat treats!!! Boy was I glad to see those!! I can usually bribe Hunny B. into minding if I have "good girl" treats to give her---and this time was no different! They even said that they were pit bull friendly there---which was music to my ears because Pits usually get a bad wrap with everyone----but its the whole nature/nuture theory with any animal---its how you raise them that determines their temperment--the vet assistant was so nice and patient with HB---and Dr. Stinnett was fabulous with her! All in all I am super glad that we found a good vet and we wil definately be clients forever!! Thanks to you all! I need to bring you a picture!!

Nobody wants to have their pet in pain, and nobody wants to have to make the sickening decision to have them put down. Today was the second time in 2 years I have had to make the heart wrenching choice to end my pet's misery. \nThese vet's and their staff are the best at their jobs. They did everything they could and took exceptional care of my furry babies. They understood our suffering, offered what they could, and went above and beyond what most places would. I can't say enough about Bell Ridge, and I surely cannot express the gratitude I have for all they have done. Casper and Jake are also thankful for everything and are chasing butterflies in kitty heaven together now.

I brought my dog to this hospital when he was sick and they were so great. They are thurough and caring and explained everything in a way that I can understand. My dog loves the staff and gets excited every time we round the corner to go to the vet for his followups! It is refreshing to go to a vet that truely cares for the wellbeing of my pet. I will never bring my pet anywhere else!

I called in because I needed information on prices for 2 kittens that I'm nursing, and the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. She did't try to rush me off the phone, and answered my questions very well. She even added helpful hints to help me further my ability to nurse the kittens. My best friend has been coming to this location since she was a child, and will continue to come, so with my experience and with my best frined not wanting to take her dog elsewhere, that gives me more of a reason why I will be bringing the kittens here once they turn 7 weeks old. Thank You Westridge Animal Hospital for your kindness.

I moved my cat out to Phoenix and he wasn't eating. Animal Care Hospital was the second vet I took him to, and I felt like Dr. Bishop was more confident and knowledgeable, like he knew what he was doing versus just going by trial and error, as it seemed with the previous vet. He also has a cat, which was a plus, having a cat person look at my poor kitty! The other vet I went to was okay, but I left Dr. Bishop actually feeling reassured by his recommendations and positive about the situation, whereas when I left the other vet, I was stressed and very upset.

been going to E MD for over 15 years. started out great. Now seems more like they are interested in it being run as a business and maximizing profits. dog had problem started with let do this (cost) then didn't show so lets do this (cost) still can't say so lets now do this which will cost an additional $400 plus. You still have no idea on what is wrong with the dog but as long as you get money you are happy

the whole time i was in my first appt. the doctor didn't introduce himself one time. the whole time he was talking to my dog and barely looked me in the eyes. u would think someone would have the basics down by the time they are in their fifties or 60s. his comments were also assumptive and slightly insulting; sarcasm about dog never getting out, teeth never being brushed when he has no clue how often the dog exercises and gets his teeth brushed; nonetheless knows nothing about me or the dog.

HORRIBLE!!!! GO ELSEWHERE. Here is a list...avoid Emergency Animal Clinic. vetneuro.com/Resources/L… They ONLY want your money. They are completely desensitized. They gave my 5# chihuahua three times the IV medication he needed. He stayed the night and he was no better off when I picked him up. They charged me almost $1000 in the end for basically 4 drug injections (one drug they used 3 times the amount they were supposed according to the neurologist) and a one weeks prescription and a blood test. Also, I paid a ridiculous amount of emergency and critical care fees and they were not going to even give compressions if his heart stopped without charging me an addition $500 per their resuscitation addendum. They originally tried to get me to pay for a $1600 treatment plan. It's hard to sort what is really necessary in a state of distress. The last thing a person needs is to be swindled in their time of despair. They take advantage of people. IMMORAL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
24.Stonecrest Animal Hospital
4626 E Thunderbird Rd Ste 100

Do not take your dog to Stonecrest Animal Hospital. The staff is abrasive, they don't care about your pets, and they don't put priority over dying/sick pets that need immediate treatment, which could have prevented my dog's death. Stonecrest had taken care of my 2 dogs for 9 years. One of my dogs got ill suddenly, and I took her in. Stonecrest gave her a ton of injections (4) into her small body and said she would be fine. By the way, they charge outrageous BS fees and extra charges for things liek 'blood collection', 'sample collection' for urinalysis, and you have to pay doctor visit fees just for a check up the next day or a vaccination after they just saw your dog. I paid $630 the day they saw my dog, who died a day later. The next day, my poor dog started dry heaving and experiencing signs of imbalance and disorientation. I immediately called Stonecrest who informed me, at 11:30am that no 'doctor' would be in at 2pm. However, in spite of the fact that it was an emergency, they told me I could 'wait for an hour' behind 7 other dogs who had check-ups, and not life threatening emergencies. I was outraged, because they had just seen my dog yesterday and knew the severity of the situation. Almost all animal hospitals have triage's setup to take sick/dying dogs over one's with check-ups. But not Stonecrest. The receptionist, who has always been abrasive, was extremely rude and mocked me and said 'is her tongue purple'? To which, I, at the point said 'no', even though it was getting there, and she dismissed it as non-urgent and was rude on the phone. I had waited a couple of hours to take my dog to Stonecrest versus an ER she had never been too before. However, on my way up to Stonecrest at 1:45, I called them to see if the doctor would checkout my dog first, and again they said not to come and she would not be seen until 3pm. I took my dog to the ER, she was released a couple hours later and treated for dehydration. I took her home and 30 minutes later she was dead, My dog should have been given priority not just because of the life and death situation but she had also been seen there since she was born, 9 years ago. Stonecrest failed to setup a triage like 99% of all Animal Hospitals do, and this could have been prevented my dog's death. The staff at Stonecrest is typically rude (2 out of 3 of the receptionists) and the doctors don't like when you ask a lot of questions when you are concerned, and try to push you out of there asap so they can turn over more appointments. It seemed to me they didn't care about my dog, after 9 years, if they had no urgency to put her before 7 dogs who were there for routine check-ups and non-life threatening emergencies. It is my opinion that as a result of Stonecrest not treating her immediately, knowing her better than an ER that had never taken her before, along with all of the 4 medications they pumped into her the previous day, contributed to and/or could have prevented my dog's death. If you want to go to an animal hospital where they care about your pet and put dying dogs in priority, I would suggest you don't go to Stonecrest. The staff is rude, the doctors don't care, and you never see the same doctor, so it's hard for consistency. They constantly change rotations. And, do you really want to go to an animal hospital where a Doctor is gone from 11am-2pm when there are 4 doctors on staff? I would think you want to go to one where there is always a doctor present in case of emergencies. It is my opinion that the way Stonecrest handled this was unprofessional and contributed to and/or could have prevented my dog's death. I strongly recommend you look at other Animal Hospitals to take your dog to, if you don't want to see similar results.
