Kershaw Esposito Real Estate
We rented a property from this company with a one year lease and when it was up we asked about staying on another year. We were told we could stay. Whenever we called the repair was slipshod as they looked for the cheapest fix. Shortly into our second year we decided to move and gave the required notice. I received an email from the property manager that we could not move as we had a lease and would either have to pay for the year or find someone else to rent the property. I replied that we never signed a lease for the second year, this was simply a bullying tactic. We cleaned the house and painted (paint was left in unit from previous tenant) where we spackled. Upon inspection of the house we were told that the paint appeared "shimmery." This wound up costing us $500 of our deposit as they claimed this was how much it would cost to repaint. I guess they didn't bother to look for the cheapest fix when we were paying for it. I would not recommend using this company to rent or purchase.

Peer Peopert Management
My experience has been completely opposite of the other reviewers. I sold my house after 8 years because among other reasons, I was done chasing contractors for shoddy work. I looked at quite a few properties and talked to quite a few property managers before going with Peer. And I am so glad I did! I immediately liked the Property Manager Barb and loved her responsiveness in getting my lease signed and working with me on a move-in date. Since day one, any issue, big or small, has been dealt with in less than 24-48 hours, with Barb either texting or calling me! I am thrilled! I thought I might have a problem with noisy upstairs neighbors, but one discussion with Barb and it was taken care of. I highly recommend Peer Property - my bi-level apartment is open floor plan, gorgeous hardwood floors and beautiful new appliances. Throw in Barb's responsiveness and good nature and you can't go wrong!

Country Cookin'
The food was OK as far as the flavor of it, the best part about the food was that it was nice and hot. The wait for your food is extremely long u shouldn't have to wait 1hr for 2 or 3 platters. The platters were also a little pricey, If the ambiance and customers service matched the food I probably wouldn't had a issue with the price. The young ladies behind the counter are OK they lack customer service etiquette, especially when answering the phones. I hate to say this but they're kind of ghetto in the restaurant, but so is the owner. She (the owner) uses profanity entirely to much, especially in front of her customers and on her personal social media account which she advertises her business on. Had I seen that before I went to her restaurant I would not have went. Just because your in the heart of the hood doesn't mean you have to run your business as such.

Liberty Choice
Really not one person left a review? Well I am not the one to write a review for good service and or food,or yet even write a bad review from a bad experience. But I do feel the need to leave a review for this place. They go up and beyond great customer service, prices, selection It is listed here as a restaurant, which is only half true, they are an entire store as well. Great hours as well, super speedy delivery, and they will bring anything the store has if asked. Need cat food and just don't feel like moving, just want to orde some grub and watch tv,no problem they will bring it with your meal, cigs? Not a problem just have your ID ready. Not going to mention the menu, its very large and everything i have had was perfect if not damn near. No body is perfect, but This place is the closest you will ever see.

It's funny how the person below has lived in one of these apartments for years, but doesn't know her landlord's name...Barbara. I met her over the summer and she has been nothing but helpful and responsive. I am a young professional and my roommates love our new apartment. I've had hundreds of friends comment on how nice our place is and asking about how we heard about it. The truth is....I got lucky meeting Barbara...she gave us a tour while also helping out a friend and watching over her friends 10 year son. There were no surprises and she got us in a brand new place August 15th. She's a person who cares and puts people in some really nice homes. If you don't respect kind people or don't enjoy top of the line living spaces, then Peer Property management is not for you.

Liberty Choice
I have been ordering from Liberty Choice for quite some time , from when they first opened. The reason why I give the overall rating a 2 is because the customer service is horrible. The employees that answer the phone to take orders are extremely uneducated and rude , they will never give you the amount of total before hanging up. They used to have an All Day Breakfast menu that got rid of cause when I and multiple people I know would call around 11am and the cook or employees would say that it would take too long and that I should order lunch . The food is great but expect no customer appreciation or at least hospitality.

I have been renting from Peer Property at Second and Oxford for a year an a half and have had such an excellent experience. The apartments are beautiful, large, and well-kept, repairs are completed quickly, and management is responsive to any issues. In fact, I needed to move to a larger apartment and decided to do so within the same property because I loved it so much! In particular, Barbara has been such a pleasure to work with - she works hard to create a welcoming and livable community, and really cares about her residents! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

East Coast Insurance Consultants
I needed a document notarized so I stopped into East Coast Insurance and Tags. When the woman notarized my document she asked me if she could find me a cheaper rate on my insurance. I gave her my information not expecting her to find anything cheaper for me but then she called me an hour later and had a price of thirty dollars a month less than what I was paying. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!. I went down there a few days later and have been happy ever since.

I anticipated the place to be another cramped south Philly establishment, but it did have enough elbow room. And aside from fruit coming with every dish, the food was good and they seemed to have somewhat unique items on the menu. Didn't get the dessert this time but they did have some unique ones there as well. I'm not one for the art shows and wine tasting they talk about having but I'll probably visit this restaurant again in the near future.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen
The place is right on Chelten Ave between Green Street and Wayne Ave. Its a nice and clean place to dine in also for take out. Food is always fresh made. Even if someone wants something made while waiting in the lobby, they never say NO. Staff has been changed and seems like the new crew is nice and very friendly. Management team is awesome and loves the customers and makes sure the customers are satisfied with every transaction they serve.
Tips & Advices
The main benefit of a patio cover is that it allows people (and pets) to be outdoors in a variety of different weather conditions. Patios provide cover from rain and direct sunshine. Certain types of patio cover also protect from cold and wind.
The build time for a patio cover varies according to the scope of the project, but experts always advise that getting permits from the city and approval from the homeowners association usually takes longer than the build itself. The time it takes for materials to be sourced and shipped can also affect the project duration. Weather can also cause unforeseen delays. The quickest length of time a covered patio might take to build once design and permits are handled is one to two  days, if professionals are doing it. The actual build process could take a few weeks with unforeseen delays, and if your builder is working on other projects at the same time.
A patio cover costs $600-800 for the simplest vinyl awnings, with an average cost of $,1400 for vinyl or simple lattice.  Wood patio covers cost more, and Alumawood, as the most durable yet attractive of coverings, is the most expensive--anywhere from $8,000-$15,000 including professional installation.
Adding an attached covered patio generally requires a building permit because you are modifying the roofline of your home. Detached patio covers do not always require a permit. Open patios (i.e. those with no cover) also do not always require a permit.
Attached patio covers are built onto the house and change the roofline of the house, whereas a detached patio cover is part of a freestanding structure. Some cities have requirements on the minimum distance a detached covered patio needs to be from the main house.
